Nothing, they're fabulous. My ubox was hooked up to the truck ready for me, staff was efficient and nice and rental and pickup was painless. Your employees always go above and beyond.

Tried several times to get thru on the phone, when I finally got a representative on the phone I got cut off shortly after. Drove to store to make reservation. When picking up the agent was none too friendly and bumped my return time to 24 hours after I walked in the door, not when I left with truck.

I was charged a second day when showing up 2 hours late. I was told I could even drop it after hours It would be one day only. If I would have know there was a second day charge I would have used it a second day. Just dont thinkt he charge is fair. (Trailer worked great)

waited more than a half hour for anyone to show up. they had a poor attitude. acted as if they were bored with their job. did not explain anything about the equipment i rented. and when i returned the equipment, had to wait again for service.

Employees untrustworthy. Overcharged. Lied too. The company I work for spent 2,500.00 back in February. Ill advise the company I work for when they move me again here shortly not to go with u haul because of how I was treated and taken advantage of.

We arrived from California to empty our storage unit only to find ALL of our furniture COVERED in a thick layer of dirt and dust due to their current construction. It scratched our wood furniture and our TV. Our couch was covered with the greasy dust and we had to pay a professional to come clean it for us before moving it into our new hone. When we asked if there was an compensation for the damage to our furniture we were told "No, sorry, it's just how it is." I asked for the manager to call me the next day and I was told that he would, but no one called. We have used this facility for years as our daughter is a student at GCU and we would store her things here every summer when she came home. Very, very disappointing.

Customer service at time of pickup was really poor. Both employees were wearing earbuds and seemed bothered by our arrival. We rented a trailer for 24 hours, and she shorted us 20 minutes. We hadn't even connected the trailer yet and already had less than 24 hours until return deadline. Then she was really unclear about where we were supposed to move our vehicle. Your employees can make or break the experience. In this case, the employees weren't doing you any favors. On return, however, my husband interacted with a different employee and had a much better experience. Still, we won't be going back to this location.

I will NEVER use the U-Box service again, and after this experience it is unlikely that I will even rent a truck from them again. The U-Boxes are TINY. I have a studio apartment and my things did not fit in the box. I had to order a second box to fit my things. The second box didn't ship with my 1st box (an error on U-Haul side). This caused major confusion because many agents couldn't pull up the 2 different contracts. I can't even count how many people I spoke with. There were a few customer service agents that I spoke with who were helpful, but overall this experience has been a nightmare. I called spoke to someone in the organization 20+ times. I would call and wait on hold for 20 minutes, I would explain my situation, they would say "okay let me look into this for you" and then cold transfer me, repeat this process multiple times per phone call. There were 4 different occasions that I was told a manager would call me back and they never did. There was rarely notes in the system so I had to explain myself over and over again. I asked for my calls to be pulled and reviewed 3 different times and they never were. U-Haul doesn't really communicate across different states and locations, so I was transferred and ran around constantly. I have told everyone who will listen DO NOT USE THE U-BOX SERVICE, pay the extra money and go somewhere reliable.

Manager was completely overwhelmed with to many people in line. I rent trailers frequently for 25 hours. He left during my contract and I never was told this trailer had to be back in 6 hours for the same price as if I rented like all the other times for 24 hours. So I ended up paying double even though I returned it we'll before what I have always been used to within 24 hours. When is asked upon return if trailer he was rude and told me u was absolutely wrong and he went through entire contract with me in person. I request you review the video of me checking out trailer. I will proceed with a really bad social media revue if this location if I do not receive a response by next Wednesday. A completely dissatisfied long time customer. Ron Robinett. 916-662-5179.

This was the worst Uhaul location I've used. I knew I would need to get into my Uboxes before they were shipped, so I called the day before, as you're supposed to, and was assured that I could stop by with my items any time the next day. Instead, the dealership called me the next day to announce that they had decided to do maintenance on the warehouse and I would have to come before 4:00. Since I was, you know, in the middle of moving, I only got this message about 30 minutes before the cutoff, forcing me to suddenly drive to the other side of town, leaving behind a number of items that I needed to put in the box and could not yet, and massively disrupting my moving schedule. Staff was hard to find, pissy, and unhelpful when I arrived, and I had to repeatedly demand they let me access my box, despite barely making it before their sudden deadline. They whined that they had "been calling me all day" about this. (They had called me once, at noon.) I wound up having to throw out some belongings I had planned to ship but could not pack until later that afternoon. I've previously had great experiences with Uboxes, but not here.

When I picked up the truck I reserved, the lady (Diana) went over her "normal instructions" so quickly and did not make it clear that I would have to return the truck to the same location that it was rented from. When I went in at the time of my return to discuss the matter with her, she was very rude and insisted that she "knows what she said", and that inadvertently in what she "always says to renters" she leads up to the fact that the rental is to be brought back to that location. She was very unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. I will not be returning to this location, and possibly may not use U-Haul again, either.

Everything was right on target our reservation, our truck , our online experience . But there was one thing that almost ruined the entire thing . The female behind the desk that refused to smile I fact she was very rude and acted like she hated my guts . Her very degrading personality would make me avoid this location the next time I'm looking to rent a uhaul . I felt very unwelcome and unappreciated not once did this girl say thank you or smile . She obviously couldn't be bothered with us and acted as though she had never seen such trash and acted as if I annoyed her coming in asking for a truck . If she is that unhappy at work why make her work up front fm with the customers . She would be lucky to haVe a job if I was her boss and saw how she treated us . Very unprofessional . This beyond just another bad day this girl has issues .

I think the customer service people at the front desk r way to rude and really don't care about people as long as they r renting u hauls I think that's there only reason. I would never go to this location VERY RUDE PEOPLE UGHHHHHHH NO SMILE NO WELCOME AND A LOT OF ATTITUDE. NEVER AGAIN

Trailer brake lights didn't work well but the tech said he fixed it and all was well. As we drove during night turn signals Driver side didn't work. Had to take it to a U-Haul in Modesto CA. Turn signal was fixed but running light didn't work.

Problem was in the reservation. Someone messed up reservation or did not inform me properly of the change of reservation location. One of The chain of the Tow Dolly was also too tight. Hard time to remove it to hook to the frame of my tower car.

Your staff was very courteous and helpful, I can say enough how great they were. I have a breathing disorder from kidney disease that makes me retain fluid which presses on my lungs and prevents me from being able to get enough oxygen. If I wear a mask I very frequently pass out. I had to wait outside because I didn't have a mask while my friend who drove me filled out the paperwork on my behalf. I understand the need to keep people safe, but if some kind of cooled waiting accommodation could be made for people in my unique position that would be wonderful. Again you staff was great and very efficient, so my wait outside was as brief as they could make it.

The location in Prescott Az cancelled our storage unit with no notice, requiring a total change of plans that cost us significant trouble and expense to change our storage location to Phoenix because our unloaded were unable to come to Phoenix until Saturday. The McDowell location added insult to injury by charging us another day for it being a few hours late.

A separate window or counter space with signage might be helpful for those who reserve and complete their pick up online. I had to waiting in a long line of people making reservations at the store just to pick up my keys.

In general, my experience with U-Haul's storage was good. Unfortunately, when I removed my contents from this location everything was filthy/caked in dust in what appeared to be debris from wood-saw/construction on the interior of the storage unit.
