I paid through july 31st and my receipt set $0 when I checked out of the unit with the front desk. I'm kind of curious where the money through July 31st is. Let me know thank you. Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience there. I wasn't always on time paying my rent the office staff it was really good to me about that. But I did pay. I'm just curious from July 1st to the end of July. And why I didn't get a refund when I paid through the 31st. Thank you. Have a great rest of your day.

Chan B | Overall ExperienceI had multiple issues with this uhaul. They lost my payment one time and placed a red lock after I paid. Also I asked about move out the employee explained I just take the lock off and leave it open and cleaned out. They called me three weeks later talking about late fees. I told them I moved out two days before the due date. They had to go check the unit to find I moved out. I'm sure there storage managers and employees are not doing there job correctly. I'm very disappointed in my stay with uhaul.
