I wasn't made aware of promotion, nor that I had to create a passcode. I had an hour of trouble even accessing the storage because the cards kept reading denied access. So having to keep going back inside the office was not ideal especially because I'm handicap and can't walk to well. I will say the staff did demonstrate excellent customer service and a courteous professional demeanor at all times. I appreciate all of their help.

Also, the truck the I rented the first time was also too small. I would have had to make several trips to get stuff out in storage. They charge by the mileage and by the time I was done it was costly.
