I went to pick up a van today at 1. When I arrived they said the van was not back yet and that I could wait until 3:30 to get it or be referred to another location. I was sent to a different location that was even farther from the place I was originally trying to go to. We asked if we could return the van at the other location when we were done to avoid driving all the way back out again and we were told that was not allowed. I would like either a refund or 50$ because of the guarantee that says our vehicle should be at the correct location at the correct time.

I talked to a guy in the morning. Not sure how to spell his name, joquan or something like that. Called me in the morning before i was able to bring it back with a pretty decent attitude. I understand that you cant always get a truck back on time, and I couldn't bring it back on time either. But his tone and the way he talked/treated me over the phone was unacceptable just because I couldn't move into my house soon enough. Will not recommend this location to anyone and will ultimately tell people to contact another company due to that interaction alone.


Extensive wait in line. Price per mile was excessive. Staff was less than friendly at check in.

I was taking care by the general manager himself and it was a great experience . he even advised me on highway conditions. Above and beyond 5 star service, my experience was so awesome that in 2 weeks I will need to repeat same services.


Trying to create an account on your website and on your app is a horrible experience once I finally got everything all set up and watched your tutorial videos I still couldn't check in when I went to pick up the truck and still had to check in manually with a person the truck and the location were fine the app and the website were a bad experience I have to rent another U-Haul next week I'm not even going to try to use the app it's not even worth my time I'll just check in with a person


Please let the customer decided if they want to rent additional stuff from you, like dolly, boxes or any other items, I place my order by website and only want to rent the truck, when we finish the rental process we find out that we have a dolly and some protection pads on our order 🤷🏼‍♀️ also the protection cover, other than that everything was smooth

Your phone walkthrough contactless option needs some work. Our vehicle wasn't out front. Took us almost 30 minutes of wasted time to finish the process. Employees could have been more helpful and thought ahead of what's right in front of them to help out their employees. Someone directed us to the back of the building for our truck so we had to drive all the way back there to find out we had to come back inside for the key to continue the process. Employee could of saved us the trouble by thinking ahead and telling us to come get our key inside before heading to the back. I complained to the staff working. He tried to make the excuse without knowing the situation that we had pressed the wrong button and it directed us to the next generated vehicle so it was our fault the truck was in back however that wasn't the case. We followed the directions online.


Claim that I bought insurance which I did not there was no screen that said you want insurance I never get insurance but yet she wouldn't take the $14 for insurance off some very very disappointed if you look at my record I've never bought insurance for this system you guys have it double screen that says do you want insurance I would have said no but this lady was very rude and would not take the insurance off the $14 will f****** wait

Store location was awesome and communicative. Only issues I have is with U-Haul itself, I find it absolutely ridiculous that U-Haul charges you double for dropping off at a different location 50 miles away... instead of $450 you guys want to charge $900? That needs to change.


Waisted a hour after reservation because I had to go to fed because mobile app was not functioning or they didnt check there pick ups to have them ready and they cheated me out a hour with that then the customer service was negative 5 stars 1 employee on cellphone with long line of customers and other guy had a bad attitude seemlingy because female was on phone and it was all on him I will never return to this location

They were in professional.


Check out the equipment. Everytime we hit a bump in the road, the lights would flicker. Also didn't receive the dolly. And the breaks on the trailer started to drag which ultimately blew up our transmission on our chevy tahoe. Everyone was very nice, but equipment was very dangerous.
