Professional, Friendly, Helpful staff every time I came to the main bldg./desk at 3011 Council St., Toledo, Oh 43606. I have been patronizing UHaul for 30+ years and have only had 1 bad experience in Nov, 1996. I will continue to use UHaul in the future.

But I was still charged for one on my receipt and the woman stated she could not edit my reservation to remove the dolly because it was an online check in order. The website should not allow me to reserve equipment you don't have.

Duvall E. | Overall ExperienceThere was a male guy who got on the elevator. He smoked on the elevator. My 14 just got out of cancer treatment 1 year and 2 months ago with a lung surgery. We had to inhale second hand smoke for 2-3 hours going up and down. Smoking is prohibited and there is a camera to see. He should be fined. I was so upset I just prayed on it. Overall the actual location is nice.

Left, to go loaded the truck an received a text so I called them to find out that they had re-rented the tow dolly that I had already PAID for, an didn't have another one available. Steve, …..Never tried to fix the problem nor call me back. The trucks wiper blades should have been replaced. But I didn't find that out until it started raining. Having to pull over, because the blades couldn't perform cleaning the window. The floor of the truck was so “HOT†that you could feel it thorough your shoes. The front tires are so worn with the tread peeling on this unit, I had called an reported before leaving Ohio heading to Tenn. “Pictures available “ Thank god for protecting us.

Aside from the woman being picky about where I parked the good truck to get it loaded with our things that had to be moved from one truck to another, the location was decent.
Savannah K.This place is okay but my original reservation was for your Monroe mi location. Which was so unbelievably bad. This was my second time trying to get the U-Haul. My first time the truck wasn't there and they moved my pick up location to somewhere else but didn't tell the place didn't open to noon. My original pick up time was 9am so that is when I scheduled movers and people to be there. Also I have to ask for extra milage due to going way out of my way to pick up a half hour south of my original location.

The original pick up location told me it was changed when I got there to pick up the trailer. I was a little disappointed that I was never notified of the change especially since I drove 45 minutes to get to the original location because it was the only location close to me at the time that showed a trailer available.

ADAM M.I did NOT know I'd be paying over 100 dollars for a 20 dollar vehicle. I specifically asked if I had to put the gas back in the truck to where it was cause normally that's what u have to do and he replied NO due to the fact I was being charged $1 per mile. This ish is NUTTS. Over $100 for a $20 rental?!?!? All the trucks I've rented and I have NEVEEERRRRR paid THAT MUCH and I've had a truck for HOURS once moving and it wasn't THIS BAD IN FUNDS. Wth is going ON 😠 😡 😤 😣 😾 🤬 😠 😡 like WHAT?!?!?!?!? I can def see being charged for the miles like he saod but if I was told CORRECTLY as I ASKED. I would have put the gas in MYSELF. This sh*t is CRAZY! SMMFH I see it's some fluke stuff going on. It's cool!!!!!!! Ima reach out to corporate 😠 😡

catherine C.I had to drop off my truck after hours and had to use the app for check in. The app issues were NOT the fault of your location, but it is a challenge to use at times. If you don't have Wi-Fi when the location is closed (after 5:00pm) it's difficult to complete the return. process.

I rented two separate units and would pay the monthly rent online for both at the same time each month. There were a couple of occasions where the online system didn't pay the rent for one unit and I was charged a late fee. Other than that, it was a good experience.

They worked with me on the phone to line everything up so it would be ready to go .We arrived one min before closing an they greeted us on the intercom making sure we where in .Great experience !!
