The staff went out of the way to help us as we drove from Muncie to Toledo to move my son for from one college to another .The drive took a lot longer than indicated as we had to drive 50 with the trailer load. Give customers a sense of the mpg the vehicle will be expected to use. I was give a tank that was at 3/16 and told I would get a discount if brought back at 1/4. I travelled 20 miles and put in 3 gallons and the tank still showed 3/16.Michael R.

Truck was returned before the time due to be returned. The store called my phone and reminded me that gas needed to be replaced. I sent my family back up to put gas in the truck to avoid fees and overage. Ans after they returned again with the truck I was charged for an additional day.STACY W.

Vehicle maintenance is critical in ensuring other customers will not have their truck break down too. When the battery is seeping from the terminals it is time to quit jumping the truck and actually replace the battery.NATHANIAL L.

It took us a while to get into our unit after arriving, because we were initially assigned to one that was much smaller than we asked for. I am glad I went back and clarified, because it had been mislabeled in the system. That wasted some precious time, but the staff was helpful in getting the issue resolved.Kelly S. | First Impressions

Not give away the trucks that have already been rented to your customers. Don't lie to your customers, when a customer rents a truck for one way, your employees should not change your vehicles to round trips without notifications. Upon return of truck we currently are seeing triple charges on our account. I am hoping this will change or there will be yet ANOTHER DISSATISFACTION! I have NEVER had a more HORRIFIC experience with UHAUL in my life and I have used your services a number of times. Our truck was given away at 2 separate locations prior to pick up and then was made into a round trip truck when your employee was told over and over and given the address of where we would be returning the truck @ Linden Ave 45432. Great customer service!!!! I'm pretty sure the best we have had in a long time! From the moment we entered the door. The staff where fast and friendly and took care of us even tho we booked at the wrong location. They quickly where on the phone fixing my location issue and had us in a van and out the door! Was harassed multiple phone calls and multiple text messages (I was in the middle of moving) about returning the vehicle early to fulfill someone else's request for vehicles use. I did call and tell someone about returning the truck and it was going to be returned after hours a day prior during after hours and still continued getting annoyed with texts messages.KEVIN G.

The truck we rented, had, at first experience, soft brakes. After we were in West Virginia, it became apparent that the back brakes were in very poor condition. Trying to slow for the different grades, all downhill, it was very difficult. We were driving under the speed limit. When we had to slow for the upcoming toll booths, it was again very difficult. My only complaint was the steps involved in cancelling the contract. I was hospitalized with heart issues and yet was expected to come into the facility to sign paperwork showing I had moved out. I understand their liability concerns, but that was a bit over the top.Tony J. | Overall Experience
