The lady who helped me was great. She gave me her full and undefined attention even though they had a lot going on. The first unit I reserved the door would not latch so I had to get the next size storage unit. The next unit had 2 locks on it so unfortunately I was not able to have that unit. Third unit was perfect. The only down fall is I had to get a bigger unit so it cost me more then I expected.Tami D. | First Impressions

My original reservation at a different location was canceled despite me speaking to a representative at that facility two hours prior indicating to him that I would be late but that I still wanted the truck. Despite that the reservation was canceled and the associate couldn't even explain to me why it happened. After the fact I finally rented a truck from 2 to 5 o'clock on a Saturday only to get a phone call on Tuesday morning asking me to turn the truck back in. And during all of this anytime I tried to call to speak to somebody about it I had to wait at least 20 minutes or longer on hold just be able to speak to a person. Overall very poor customer service. The staff there are pretty good but there is one member that stands out from all. Her name is Rhonda. Rhonda is super awesome every time I come there. I've come to realize it's not just some good days I catch her on, it's just how she is. She is very efficient. She knows her store and it's products and services very well. She is fast while staying accurate and friendly. I am a business owner and I promise you that she has the right stuff.KELVIN D.
This was the WORST experience with a UHAUL location I have ever experienced. The equipment was great and I used the self pickup method. All of which was great. However, I was still exposed to the staff both during pickup and drop off and it was TERRIBLE. One employee came storming out of the store calling one of the customers a bitch. Then when I was dropping off, there were (different) employees who kept yelling at me and asking me what I was doing as I was taking photos of the car, like I was being prompted to. Then when I parked the van they yelled at me for parking in the wrong spot and came over and just took the keys from me and told me to leave. I have no idea what kind of facility y'all are running here or who you are hiring but this was absolutely ridiculous, inappropriate and unacceptable.Dorothy A.

We did the rental process through the mobile app and that seemed kind of pointless. You're directed to find the truck, go through a very long process only to have to go inside to get the key. The promise that it would be quick and painless was unfulfilled.Nora G.
The transmission on the truck I rented was going out so I was afraid to drive it. It would sometimes get up to 5000 rpms before engaging the proper gear. Return was not professional. It was just messy one guy was in the back of a truck another pulled the truck up super quick for some reason. One guy had me backing up just to have another guy tell me to pull forward 5 min later. No one was there. The app couldn't tell me how do a dropoff after hours and I had to wait a combined 45 minutes to have someone tell me that they would "note it in the file". After waiting over 30 minutes earlier in the day to talk to a human. I get it. You are essentially a monopoly. But man. Treat your customers like they're worth something to you. I cannot speak highly enough of this store. I was able to make my reservation and check in on time. I walked right in and was assisted immediately. The staff were prompt and courteous. When we walked out to the lot to pick up the trailer, we were met by a staff person immediately. There was a small issue with the trailer, which was resolved within minutes. I’ve had my things moved out since the 26th and for whatever reason, yesterday I received a call asking me to pay for that unit. I did not like the second floor the lights did not turn on and it look like all the storage units was old and dirty. I was forced to buy two units because the elevators are super small and my unit was on the 6 floor I could not fit couches and a few other items on the elevator witch made me have to rent a second unit just for the items in the basement so now I’m paying 134 per month for one unit on the 6 floor and 80 for another on the basement just because the elevator was to smallAlan O. | First Impressions

The staff at this storage facility were all helpful, and made move in day as easy as possible despite my circumstances. However, the building is a little outdated, and the elevators are very small. The staff here tried their best to find a new solution for us, but ultimately the moving crew that I hired had to carry my 2-piece sectional up 6 flights of stairs, which caused my moving cost to be much more expensive than I had planned (and hard labor for the movers). ** If you have large pieces to store I would suggest a facility with a freight elevator. ** Aside from the elevator size, I would recommend this facility, overall a clean and secure center.Rachel J. | First Impressions
