The Steering wheel was not aligned which made referencing the wheels straight while parking very difficult and in some cases dangerous. There was an abnormal amount of vibration which would shake the mirrors so badly they were almost unusable... this was a incredibly uncomfortable drive with all the noise and vibration. I honesty was surprised that the truck made it the 800km drive. Picking up the truck and dropping it off was flawless at this location.Alexander W.

Rene was very helpful. But my question - that you may find odd - but WHY do some of the trucks have oversized pictures of snakes on the side of the trucks???? Turned around the parking lot and there was these big snakes three feet away from me. Made my heart stop! Scared the heck out of me and my friend!!!!SAMSON O.

In the old days, you got a full tank, and topped it back up upon return. Last two times we had disagreements about how full it was upon receipt. This is silly and easily fixed. Good morning, if it wasn't for my timeline restrictions I would have returned the truck for another one as the cabin had an overwhelming odor of cannabis and during my entire trip/drive had the windows rolled down the entire time... at one point I was going to contact customer service and demand a refund...Robert.ROBERTOH F.
There were issues with the system and it took about a half hour to pick up the van. I purchased boxes as well and the person rang up the wrong ones - they got defensive and blamed me for the mistake instead of accepting responsibility and fixing it right away. Previous to this location I was elsewhere trying to pick up and they had troubles with the system and told me to cancel my booking and pick up elsewhere. It was one frustration after another.Craig F.

My issue is with the 60 Sinnott Rd location. My pick up was scheduled for 10am and the location wasn't open. There weren't any location hrs posted. One gentleman who picked up a tow truck said we would have to contact Uhaul and they would call the person(s) who run the location to come over. Thankfully when I called Uhaul they shifted my reservation to the Kingston Rd location. The ancillary locations need to improve their services.SHEVONSHERVINGTO T.
Booked at a different location but equipment not available at my preferred location. So uhaul changed pickup to go 45 extra kms. Pickup should have been done in 10-15 mins but took 45 minutes. Got the wrong truck and then wrong key. No additional discounts or drop off location change when requested. It's like uhaul said this is what it is pay and move over. Next time will surely look at other options.Parth V.

Exterior was so dirty I couldn't see anything in the side mirror. I had to clean it myself. I rented same truck three different time and every time it was same. When I pay for a service i expect it to be clean. Smelly and dirty seats I found the same garbage behind the seat in the same truck week before and after. When I rented the truck I told the guy about the garbage and I guess he didn't care about it. They could do a better service.john P.

In all of the times that I've rented a vehicle from this location, I've never experienced what I did during this time - I didn't even make it to my home (less than 10 min away) before the â€œlow fuelâ€ light came on. How is that even acceptable?? Leaving a 15' truck with less than a 1/4 tank for the next person to use is brutal!! I ended up putting in more than the â€œsuggestedâ€ amount as I wasn't about to do to someone else what was done to me.Greg H.

I used to rent equipment from Warden and 401 location. I was forced to change location for their bad service and unfair cleaning charges. This location at Kingston Rd has the best staff with friendly service. Keep up the good work. We need good customer service.BASKARAN P.
I would improve two things: 1) for the love of God, please service the truck. The brakes take forever to work and the steering wheel is almost 1/4 off alignment. 2) do precheck in for the truck, at least with my drivers license check etc. I was dropped off at the location and I waited outside in the cold while an online operator validated my ID. From the very start I had major issues, a very unfriendly girl at the front desk set up my account. It took her 45 mins to get everything correct, however even after this I found my 4 digit entry pin was 5 digits and was a generic 12345! She obviously couldn’t be bothered to set up a paid for service on the system. I came back the following day to have this looked into by two other employees, it took 9 hours to solve the simple problem and get me after hours access. The main entrance to the storage units were a health and safety violation on a daily basis, to the extent of having to physically move large heavy fed ex boxes out of the way every time I needed access to my unit. This location (for a storage facility) clearly has zero storage for the 10s & 10s of toe bars and heavy boxes that are delivered multiple times per day. They are constantly blocking the fire exits and main walkway to all units. This is clearly in breach of all fire/health and safety codes. For a customer to have to move heavy boxes and toe bars out of harms way to gain access is ridiculous. My unit itself was ok but had zero lighting within, not even the hallway lighting could come in overtop as the walls were to the celling. I purchased my own lock from a local store because the lady that set up the account didn’t state any difference, only to find weeks later I had to purchase a U hall lock because mine wasn’t “fit for purpose” All in all my experience at the location is a 0 out of 5 I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation towards my overpriced rental. On a more positive note there were a couple of staff members who were polite and expressed their apologies for the inconvenience of the mess. They also mentioned that the first girl I dealt with was let go. The entrance blocking and lighting both need to be urgently rectified for obvious health and safety concerns. I noticed multiple cameras within the storage entrance so any administrator should be able to monitor this on a daily basis.Damian S. | Overall Experience
