$ 18 in gas fee?? no way I put $20 in before I returned it it was only between $5-7 short. I have never paid this much and I have made this trip quite a few times.

Pickup truck needs better maintenance. The truck had a "check engine oil" light that would not go away, so it was impossible to confirm the mileage. One of the right blinkers was out and the breaks squeaked.

I would have rated excellent but computer system was down causing a delay, and mix up with the vehicle type. Employees where considerate and helpful and projected positive attitudes.

The associates were very rude and ignorant. I walked in at 6:58 and they tried to refuse my service stating they were closed. After a 3 min debate with the one associate he finally checked me in to receive the truck.

The mobile app pickup didn't work, truck smelled like weed and the windshield was dirty. All in all par for the course.

Truck smelled like smoke just smoked weed and tried to cover it up with cologne. Office person wan't much help at all while trying to get the online rental pickup service to work in which it did after 45 mins of being on the phone with customer service. I'll look at another truck rental company next time I move

The guy that waited on me was so very calm, patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. However, the store's air breathes seems contaminated. The ceiling has buckling and has stains from leaking. I bet there is mold up there. Plus the gas smell and EXCESSIVE inside build up of storage boxes. That should be somewhere else with only examples in the actual store. I was coughing and a bit choking the whole time I was in the store. I recall wondering what hours of breathing it was doing to the lungs of the guy that was waiting on me to sit in that bad air, plus the constraints of the mask. I keep thinking I should report it to OHSA. Anyway, other than the oyxgen problem, it was a good experience and good service.

I arrived and attempted to use the online checkin. The assigned truck was parked in by 4 other trucks all covered with snow (including the truck assigned to me). I walked in and Isaiah Lamont immediately assigned me a new truck and went and cleared it off and disinfected within 10 minutes. This would have been a nightmare experience if Mr Lamont hadn't been so quick to come to the rescue. He was so friendly and made the experience one I'll remember positively.

The rep. behind the desk could be a little more friendly and provide more explanation. I've rented uhauls before so I knew what to expect, more or less, but he was very curt and hands-off so I could only imagine someone's confusion if they've never rented before.

While double parked unloading with the flasher on only for maybe an hour the battery died. I called for help to the number provided on my invoice several time. Each time on hold by an automatic answering service for long periods of time only never to have any one help me. The battery should have never died with the flashers on only after one hour. I eventually received help from person who had cables that was parking near where I was unloading.

I can't say enough praise they were on time and everything was done with speed and perfection they also dropped off appliances to other addresses and stayed past thee allotted three hours also put my bed together I would hire them again

The location and people working there were great. HOWEVER.... I was supposed to pick up at 630am, allegedly all I had to do was check in via the app. The problem with this is your app is absolute garbage and does not work. I had to wait until 9am meaning I lost 2.5 hours of time I paid for because of this useless app.

The van I was given was the filthiest vehicle I've ever had to drive. You could barely see through the windshield when the sun hit it, the dash, floor and all services were filthy, including someone's candy wrappers and old cardboard. Even worse, the van safety hadn't been checked before giving it to me. The right rear tire was going flat! They said they'd get me another van (after I'd already waited 30 minutes), but all they did was put air in the tire. I had to get off the highway and put more air in the tire during my 140 mile round trip. Do not underestimate the gravity of this. COVID-19 is on the rise in Erie Co. The van was FILTHY. And, I'm 65 years old. I've used uhaul many, many times, for moving and storage, both personally and for the organization I run. The irresponsibility shown by uhaul yesterday has completely soured me on your company. This location is dangerous in their disregard of necessary safety measures.

During pickup app crashed several times, long wait for help on pickup. Door trim was dangling and in poor condition - interfered with pedal operation.

Normally I don't do surveys but the experience I had at this location was awful. The rep wasn't wearing a mask when I entered the location yes he was behind glass but come on you know the time we're in. When I came back I waited for 20 minutes for the rep to come from the back to inspect my uhaul return. The uhaul I had had a broken boor and by no means did I break the door. I just like quick friendly service and if you can't be friendly be quick. Thanks

Nirv have the equipment breakdown, not have customer service try ri charge for towing the broken down truck, not charge for gas after the horrendous experience of moving items to another rental

Customer service skills of the staff...very poor. Upon pick up only one staff member. Cleaning the returned trucks and working counter. He was pleasant. When I returned the truck the staff members were very unpleasant. Greet one as I entered and he didn't acknowledge my presence as I stood directly in front of the counter. The receiver of the truck had some type of attitude when asked questions. I've worked in customer service so I understand repeat business and word of mouth goes along way. My advice is to continue to push for better customer service, I didn't come for confrontations.

The guy that assisted me with the reservation was extremely helpful... I really appreciate how flexible they were since i forgot to submit my reservation and yet they were incredibly helpful to make sure i was taken are of. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Customer service was horrible... had to walk around to find someone to help me... no one ever came out to to help me with the return. Waited 10 minutes and then just did it on line. Trailer was not a true 6 x 12 and could not get my side by side utv on the trailer so I never even was able to use the trailer. Waste of money and time. Will never use this location again!

My only issue with my experience was the the representative that took care of me for both pick up and drop off was not very helpful. I would have said rude. But he barely said anything to me. Barely answered my questions. and when he did it was mumbled under his breath . He would have let me come and go with out saying anything to me. Luckily I knew what questions to ask. But he was terrible at handling customers .

Lost about $38 in rent due to my moving date being moved up 3 weeks. I couldn't get refunded for weeks I would not be using it. My storage unit was a 4x4x4 upper unit and the ladder was always scattered and was a pain to move and load in. The unit itself is also not worth $50 a month. I was able to find a much bigger unit, almost triple the space, with a differn't company for only $86 here in buffalo. A unit of that size was going to cost me about $140/month at Uhaul. Staff was helpful, but your units are very overpriced for what you are getting.

The manager, Tajh King was extremely rude to me not only during my most recent visit to the Main St. location, but during my initial visit as well. He is extremely condescending and abrasive in his tone. He blatanly lied to me and told me that he didn't have any storage units available. I went to another location and was informed that there were in fact other units available at the Main St location. Tajh also took it as far as to completely skip helping me and attempt to help another customer when I was obviously next in line. When I spoke up about Tajh deciding to skip me he claimed he didn't see me, which made absolutely no sense considering that I was standing right in front of him. I plan to speak with Todd S and write a letter to your corporate headquarters in the very near future regarding my experience. Tajh has absolutely no business managing a customer service based environment. I would be surprised if this complaint is the first of it's nature the company has received regarding Tajh.

This was the worst part moving experience. There was a lock w/an access denied paper attached My bill was paid on the 28th of January. The supervisor prevented us from using the freight elevator.

the issue i have with Uhaul storage is the $15 late fee. I recieved emails and letters clearly stating that it would be waived if i sign up for auto pay. i did and was told by the mgr no to waiving it
