I went on both 8/12 & 8/13 and I will never use this Uhaul location again. The workers were unfriendly, on their cell phones, and were not helpful or considerate. I had to call customer service to get anything accomplished and finally got in contact with the GM, Tajh , who was above average in his efforts. Even waving a purchase on my bill I never purchased.

I was taken aback by the change in pickup. I got an email at 8 am that morning that pickupnhad changed from the site that was 1 mile from the apt we were moving to downtown buffalo during rush hour Had to rent another because the people I had hired to move the furniture into truck were there for a few hours. Most Of the furniture was donated to goodwill. Unfortunately I had to spend an extra $100 to rent a day uhaul for the goodwill items

You moved my location twice because of equipment availability. One move was when I was already at the location you sent me to. Terrible. Had to drive an extra 50 miles of city driving

Should also have hourly/pro-rated rates or leeway on time. I needed a truck rental for an extra hour and was charged a whole rental fee but still needed to bring it back by a certain time.

The manager processed unauthorized charges to my credit card without informing me, when I asked for a receipt and noticed the additional charges he said it was my problem and that I had to call customer service to get it fixed.

The representative was a little quiet and seemed not too concerned with my understanding of the rental details.

I waited in line to leave keys. We finally asked after a brief wait and were told to just leave them in the truck. I didn’t see that anywhere in my contract or at the drop off. Maybe I missed it.

Rude very poor customer service general manager was taking care of us and our up and left to take a phone call with his buddy in his office only to return about thirty minutes later after both reps left a store full of people

I arrived to pick up the vehicle at 11:00 a.m, one of the employees told me to meet him outside. After 15 minutes, he ran out, apologized and stated that another employee “forgot,” and that he would be right with me. At this point I had friends and family waiting for me to get our move started. Overall, the customer service was mediocre and I wouldn’t highly recommend this location.

I was advised the gas tank was full and saw it was 3/4 full, when I dropped it off with a full tank they said there was nothing they could do. The van was awesome just no cruise for long distance

I reserved my uhaul online and it was if that did not matter. Luckily the size van I needed was still available, but many other people in the store were not as lucky and the general manager was being rude and not handling the situation very well.

Busy but seemingly efficient. Manager was very helpful, focused, and working to make everyone have a good experience. I would definitely return to this location for my next rental.

The worst customer service you could imagine. They were not helpful, slow and obviously didn’t care about their customers. I will never use this location again. Also, the movers we hired from U-Haul never showed up. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I accidentally filled up the gas tank above my required amount. Is there a way to reimburse me for the additional cost I incurred?

The original location U-Haul at Niagara Falls Blvd did not have the trailer I had book the day before. I was not contacted and when I went to pick up the trailer they sent me to another location. If I could rate the overall experience I would say very poor. But the Main st location did assist me

Worst in terms of scheduling. The manager Tajh in Main street was so rude. Our reservation was cancelled without letting us know- complete day lost

Our customer service provider's name is Tahj King I believe, and he not only helped us with details surrounding the Uhaul pick up and return, answered all of our questions thoroughly and politely and was incredibly knowledgeable. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to engage with him again when needing Uhaul services and hope he is well taken care of, as an employee that dedicated, effective and kind is a true gift to any organization. Thank you. Suzanne PS-If you have any questions, I may be reached at #585-506-7641

July 2nd 2018, the original pickup location was stated to be Niagara Falls Boulevard and Eggert Road at 5 p.m. upon arrival, I was informed pickup was 1748 Main Street Buffalo New York. This then presented me with the problem of getting to that location and then returning to pick up my vehicle in that it was a great distance away from my residence. Niagara Falls Boulevard however was just down the road. Upon questioning why the location had been changed and was at a great distance away, I was informed it was based upon availability, and upon making my reservation greater than a month prior there was no guarantee of a 15 ft one way. Upon arriving at 1748 Main Street Buffalo, I was then question about a compensatory 50 additional miles and had to contact customer service to have it Affirmed. However, an additional 50 m i did absolutely nothing for my physical inconvenience of Transportation and personal gas usage. then the van driving that vehicle to my residence it was very apparent the alignment was significantly off. Customer service recommend I call Auto Service for assistance. However that would have required the vehicle being taken into a shop and properly aligned therefore completely disrupting my moving plans. So therefore, I had no choice but to drive it in that condition 80 plus miles. Then, Upon returning the vehicle to the Dropout location the assistant there did not so much as go out and examine the truck other than to look at the gas meter. He then returned saying that I owed an additional $36 as I had gone above the 87 mile limit by 1 mile. It didn't required my calling customer service again, to confirm that an extra 50 MI have been a provided for the inconvenience of the prior day. However the 50 MI unfortunately did not compensate me for my out-of-pocket expense to pay someone to take me back to the distant location to retrieve my vehicle! This was the absolutely worst experience I have ever encountered with U-Haul services. I spent way way too much time on the phone trying to resolve issues.
