Andre H | Overall ExperienceIt is a huge problem that the freight elevator is out of order for this facility, since all the larger units are on the third floor. I have several more boxes to move in and it will be very difficult to move them in without the elevator.

That was okay today as I was only moving a few items but in a few days I will have a moving truck full of all my belongings, and the people I've hired to move my stuff will not be happy if everything has to be carried to the third floor by hand.

When I moved out, all ingresses and egresses were blocked and the staff waited until I was mostly done before they did anything about it.
