There was a disconnect between the staff and the customer service hotline in that the customer service hotline did not know the inventory at hand and promised me a truck size that was not available. I ended up getting a truck, but just the wrong size.

When I came in the clerk made me fill out paperwork... Then hook up the Trailer, then go back in and finish paperwork... While the staff giggled the whole time.... Once I had the Car loaded it shook terrible over 45 Mph.. so I had to drive home 40 Mph on the Highway with my hazards on. The Trailer they gave me had a Tire with a shifted belt...

I will NEVER go to this buffalo location again. When I pulled the truck up to the drop off spot the first thing an employee said to me was “how did that happen” pointing to a dent in the roof. I had no clue what he was talking about. I asked him if he needed to see my paperwork maybe the dent was listed on that, as I had not hit anything. He went off about how since it did not have a ‘x’ sticker that it was new damage. Again I said maybe you should look at my paperwork, he demanded I wait inside dor him. The tone he said it in was as he was speaking to his kid who did something wrong. I then waited over 30 min in line inside. This is when I realized the guy was the manager, I called my pickup location for help, The place in Edison told me the damage had been documented b4 and was listed on my contract not to worry. When it was finally my turn in line, I felt the need to record the conversation with my cell phone, only then did this manager stop speaking to me like I was his kid. I showed him my contact that stated the damage. It seemed to make him mad, he could not charge me for it. He told me it needed to have a x sticker on it. As a customer I am not responsible to place these stickers on the truck. I tryed to explain this too him, he kept telling me he sid not understand what I meant. This was such poor service and the manager kept on with the damage and why there was no sticker, I almost felt this was foing to turn ugly. I will never step foot on this location or do business with a location with this manager. Its really a shame because I got a fair price on the truck, was easy to load, ram well and my pickup location was extremely helpful.

my reservation two weeks prior to it for the trailer when I went to pick it up and it wasn't there I was told oh well you're going to have to drive out to Orchard Park if you want one huge inconvenience wasted an hour of my time gas in my truck awful experience terrible experience will not recommend

I do not believe that you can improve from my perspective. The staff were very professional (good interaction skills, on task, no staring at mobile telephones). The van was in excellent condition: comfortable, roomy, clean!

The website goes out of its way to give the customer more items and equipment than necessary. It took me a while to figure out how to advance to the next screen without having to pick extra movers, or extra equipment. My initial quote was very high because I had accidentally booked equipment I didn't think I'd asked for. You may be scaring away clients who don't have the patience of mental ability to realize that they have options and all you're trying to do is upsell them. I would look into that. Other than that, the truck was awesome, the dolly I rented for 10 dollars was amazing and made my trip so much better. I had a good experience overall.

This is the first time we have rented so I cannot compare to other locations The computer system is way too slow. I pre-checked in. The message said this would cut my wait time in half. It did not. I was in line for 45 minutes and then once at the desk it took another 20 minutes to process my paperwork. I had to wait in the same line as anyone who did not ore-check in. There needs to be more staff available on a Saturday, especially end of month and you need to upgrade your computers to operate kore efficiently. I won't bother with pre- check again since it did not save me any time.

Between waiting in line and checking in, I was in the location for 40 mins. It was upsetting that 40 mins of my 4 hour rental we spent In the facility with no way to be reimbursed. It was not the facility‘s fault, but instead their outdated computers.

I was told when I made reservations for the pickup truck that I had 5 hours to use it when I came to pick the truck up they told me that I had three hours less than 3 hours to have it back and I didn't finish moving everything that I wanted to because I had to have it back within 3 hours!!!!! Monday morning I'll be calling to put a claim in!!!!! The manager said they shouldn't of told me that I had 5 hours when someone else was going to use the truck 3 hours later!!!!
