The 1st trailer had a broken jack so we got the one next to it without a jack. That was even ok until we returned the trailer after hours and had to get it off by ourselves. My husband hurt his back trying to pick up the trailer off the hitch.. A trailer this heavy should never be rented out without a working jack.. The utility trailer was easy to pull and both load and unload.

The Manager at this location was very helpful and professional, she was willing to work with my schedule, even when I needed a last minute extension. I've been to several locations but I appreciated the service at this particular one. Thanks again.

Rented my truck 3/31/2021. The front cashier was the worst experience I had with uhaul. I had schedule to my appointment online and chose to do a mobile pick for the first time. When trying to ask employee for assistance cashier responded with an attitude. Yelling over my questions to give me unclear directions to complete my transaction. Employee refused to act in a customer friendly way and denied having a supervisor assist and went as far stating she didn't care for uhual, supervisor, or I had a customer. I did get a chance to speak with supervisor on duty (Eddie Haily) who was on no help. He didn't care of his employee actions or behavior but allowed it cause it was a busy time. So now that we at the conclusion this is that last time using uhal after 10 years doing business. Fix your online portal for even better customer use or just ditch the worthless employees running your name through the mud.

Not charge an extra day worth of rental when it was returned on time after hours. Improve the way you do after hours intake.

The in-person customer service is fantastic, but the online 24/7 portal is so incredibly frustrating. It makes the customers' and employees' lives harder. Confirming phone numbers was a nightmare, and the store representative was not able to override the online system. Please do not promote a remote service that doesn't work! Promote your employees!

The van was filthy dirty and was not filled with gas it was in-between 3/4 and full but I filled it up when I returned it because the paperwork said it was full, had to have worker do pretrip.and app would not work for me to do it.i have pictures of the fuel guage, I am not Happy that I had to spend extra money and time to wait on the worker to do the pretrip and the fuel level and this and the other time before I rented a cargo van that the pretrip app Link didn't work

The only part I did not care for was the $.99 per mile cost. I need to use a cargo van and that fee was a third of the cost to rent the van. I only used the van for 2 hours.

Great service and staff very helpful. The place in Broken Arrow staff could receive and help getting my Jeep off equipment of truck. They had no room for tuck and equipment. The also sent me another U Haul location and it was wrong area of Tulsa. I found the place on 11th.

Stop trying to pull a fast one on customers. I brought my truck back with more fuel than it left with, but the asshole who checked in my truck tried to charge me almost $50 lying saying I brought the truck back empty. THEN he accused me of dragging the truck thru a bunch of overhead trees. Lucky for me I checked the email receipt before I left and had manager verify fuel was correct. Service was trash, truck was trash and I'm filing complaint with BBB for them trying to rip me off

Very friendly and helpful group assisting in hookup. Lights checked out at the site however as nightfall came it seemed dark on the back end of the trailer. Apparently the running light were not working but the signals and brake lights were. The right transport ramp would not lock in while loading the vehicle. Right rear wheel barely caught on the trailer before the ramp feel to the pavement. No issues unloading.

Told employees what the vehicle was going to be used for when I reserved the rental and told the employee when I picked up the vehicle what I was going to use for and then I rented the vehicle and when I tried to use the vehicle it was not able to do the job I rented it for so had to take the vehicle back .was still charged for the rental and had to rent a vehicle from another company. This is wrong because I told the people twice what I was going to use it for and they didn't know what they were talking about.

Everything was good but the location where it located at in corner of street makes it hard to turn when a GOS tells u to go one way n I need to make a u turn . Also I rented a trailer to haul a truck n my truck didn’t fit there in trailer

Cost ... I had a company emergency and needed a truck for 1/2 a day. Your service and truck fit the purpose but the total cost was ridiculous. Mileage charge was way out of line, plus fuel on top of that will make it very difficult to use you again.

Really just the perfect experience! The safety of the location was excellent; location, availability, staff at site is so friendly and always eager to help. Lots of product for every kind of moving/packing/dolly’s/trucks, you name it. We have used their storage twice and trucks also

Exterior of the vehicle was so beat up, it made the initial inspection more of a game of "find what's not damaged". Starting fuel level was laughable, for a rental vehicle. Thankfully there is a gas station right down the street.

When I returned the truck there was a woman driving it and I had the papers in my hand. Person proceeded to talk to the male in the group. He knew nothing about the rental. After the second time of ignoring me I said to him “I Rented The Truck”. Not my best experience.

The staff at 1010 S Memorial drive is amazing! Renting the storage unit was easy, convenient, and well explained. Our storage unit was being used a place to transition our belongings while moving from a new state and into a new house. With the all the stress involved with a big move, U-haul made things stress-free and even provided comfort, compassion, and bottled water to our family when things got hard. Thanks U-haul!

This facility is very aged and that is very evident. The unit we had was dark and musty. It was broken into twice. Not that we expected the office to be responsible for the belongings but they didn't even seem to care. Just came and took a couple pictures the first time and said you can call the police out to make a report. Well, how about you work on security of your facility and how someone was able to climb over the walls into our unit? The second time we didn't even bother. We got a new bigger unit, for less $$ and fits what I would truly consider climate controlled. I would not recommend anyone I know to use this location. On the 2 occasions I have had to deal directly with the manager, she was pleasant and attentive to my questions and needs. That I will give them.

Great experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They got me in and out quickly, briefed me on the process, and took me to my storage unit. Two standouts were Tanya, the Manager, and Eddie, the Mechanic. Tanya guided me through the process and explained how things worked when renting a storage space. Eddie was friendly and chatted with me while I waited for my movers to arrive at the location. U-Haul on 1010 S. Memorial in Tulsa, OK is the best!!!

Too bad there's no prorated rent.. I moved out in the middle of the month. Should only pay for what u use . So about 14 days I paid I could have used elsewhere. Moving expenses. But over all my experience was excellent.

Swinging doors on unit are a literal pain and metal outside door on floor could use grinding down.

The weather stripping along the bottom of the unit did not meet with the floor of the unit, so I had a great deal of dirt that had blown into my unit and was all over my things...it was quite a mess.
