Take the Customer out to the Vehicle that they are RENTING and go over Exactly Where the GAS HAND is and the Actual MILEAGE is Correct before Printing out the Customer Paperwork. Because my MILEAGE and GAS HAND was Wrong on my PAPERWORK. LUCKY for myself that I Always Record and Take Pictures before I move a Vehicle. I was told I went Over 50 miles in my RENTAL when in Actuality, I only went 4-1/2miles. But to U-HAUL Credit, they Did Watch my Video and Quickly Corrected THEIR mistake. So on a 5 STAR RATING, I can only give this Location 2 Stars ** 😕

I cant think of anymore ways to improve. I had an excellent experience. We had to bring the UHall back early in order to get to work on time. They were open on time, 0700. We were able to drop off and get to work on time. Many thanks for that

My reservation included a dolly and a dozen blankets both of which were missing and unavailable. The guy checking me in attempted to remove the charges for those but couldn't and I didn't have the time to wait in line again at the counter. I went to a much nicer U-Haul location and rented blankets there. The truck itself was clean.

The only thing I would pass on to customers is that you can't drop u-haul back off to any location. Return it to location you originally got it from or there will be a charge. That is one thing they fail to mention when renting one. Be sure to always ask questions and get a clear understanding. Other than that I suggest the Mendenhall location to do business.

I was given a truck that had a split in the tire. Once the personnel was informed they were told to apologize to me and not to charge me for the truck. The employee closed the truck order out without inspecting it so therefore I was charged. I was told that I would receive a refund once the General Manager came in later that week. I have still yet to receive a refund or a return call from the General Manager and it's been over a month now!

My ubox at the Mendenhall location Memphis Tn was stored there for a week and the invoicing kept not being done correctly so O chose to go pick up my Ubox and it had been torched open at the hinge and then welded back together as to kept my lock in place. Have yet to hear back from corporate about this criminal act by this location.

The agent purposely sent me to the storage unit knowing my access card had not be processed. I had to go back into the office to have the card processed by another agent.

I rented a truck and it broke down and had to be towed for us to unload. The wrecker towed it and in the process my CHINA GLASSES were broken. I need the link to file for the insurance company so I can call them for replacement of my glasses.

I was thoroughly satisfied. The young lady at the counter displayed a very pleasing customer service attitude and the young man who pulled the truck around and answered my question responded with a smile and you welcome response. I would recommend this location because of those two.

I was not contacted in advance and told my truck needed to be picked up at another location. Making it clear your truck it not available at your requested pickup location. The truck smelled of smoke when I picked it up.

Well I wasn't notified about my pickup location changing to the Mendenhall location until about 40 minutes before my scheduled pick up time at the Union address in Memphis. It's about a 50 minute drive for me and I don't check my email and text messages while I'm driving. The man working at the Union location was very rude and unhelpful as he walked by me without stopping saying that my pickup location changed and I need to check my email. Then on the 30 minute drive even further from my home I was trying to call someone at U-Haul to confirm my trailer was at Mendenhall and was on hold for the entire drive. The people at Mendenhall we're very helpful though.

I was sent to 3 different locations. All of which did not have the truck I reserved. I don't understand how your reservation system is not sophisticated enough to communicate with your locations in reconciling inventory so as not to cause these types of frustrations for your customers.

The handle to raise and lower the trailer broke off as I attempted to raise it off the hitch. I had to purchase hardware in order to use it. I recommend inspecting the equipment upon return to ensure it's functionality. Otherwise, the personnel were very professional and friendly, Thanks

Uhaul cut open the ubox then went through the box then welded it back as to keep my lock to look as if nothing happened. I have photo evidence of this. I am keeping the Ubox until O receive a call from regional director or someone takes notice. Not gonna let them get away with this.

This rating may not apply to the current employees because of the time span. But I was not satisfied with the overall service that I received the day of move-in. I don't usually give bad reviews to companies, but the service that was given during that time was deplorable.

If equipment isn't available please make that known while ordering online. I had to pay 10 dollars for an appliance dolly when all I needed was a regular dolly. While ordering online I said I needed a regular dolly.

Make what's showing on the dash be taken care of . Indicator show low air pressure on the tire and was not checked by staff before leaving. Other than that, staff was very professional and helpful, will recommend to others.

Not sure who to blame the city of Memphis, the particular store owner, or the U-Haul Corporation as the need for reliable moving accommodations should be affforded to everyone. I didn't get the appliance dolly I requested and was assured would be in my truck. Once I was told there was no dolly it was followed up by “every time we rent them out they never come back” This is Sad, please give me a refund

It was the worse experience I've ever encountered. The staff were horrible. Staff were on their personal cell phone having personal conversation while myself and other customers were being waited on. The staff were extremely unprofessional. Had it not been closing hours I wouldn't have stored my things there.

I only needed a ubox for a one way move. They added a monthly storage fee and have charged me for an empty box I no longer needed! Nobody will contact me and Dominic will not respond to my inquiries!
