I have used U HAUL n a number of city but this was one of my worst experience first customer service representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful(Keirre) but (Kirra) very sarcastic, impatient and no customer service skills at all. I booked a uhaul for 12PM in Bartlett. When I showed up, they didn't have one. I showed them the confirmation email with the correct address and time, and they said they didn't have me in the system. I was on hold with uhaul for an hour and a half. They told me they could get me a uhaul for the following day, and I said I need one today. They called me back around 3PM and said they had a uhaul ready today. I went to pick it up but they didn't have the size they said that they did or the size below it so I had to get a 10' uhaul which didn't fit all of my belongings. I had a horrible experience with your company.Brianna R.

When I rented the truck the lady at the counter couldn't take her AirPods out to hear what customers had to say. The answer service reserved the wrong size truck. The manager at this location made excuses for the mistake. The lady that I returned the truck to was very nice as well as helpful. This is her daughter not her. My only disappointment was I had a 13 hour drive each way to Tampa, FL and the AC in the truck didn't work. Blew hot air out of the vents and the temps in Florida and Georgia that weekend were in the 90's. The check engine light came on randomly during the trip, and a wrench light (Service?) came on as well. the truck was older and had 182,000+ miles on it. For what I paid for this move on the vehicle I would have liked a better working AC and not having to worry something was wrong with the truck with those lights coming on randomly. The truck was very clean when I got it; the AC was a major disappointment.SHANNON O.

The on line information indicated U-Haul offer discounts for military/veterans and AARP/seniors generally, however this and other facilities did not offer or supply these or other discounts. Given the residual expenses applied, such as after hours services convenient fees, as a carded veteran and AARP senior citizen, across the company spectrum and business volume generated from these groups would be a generous gesture which could boost business volume more.CARL J.

I reserved a truck for truck share. I stopped by the location the day before to ensure that the truck share option was selected as I had an important appointment the next morning which I needed my truck prior to opening of the uhaul location. The employee assured me that the keys would be in the lock box. Upon arriving at my pickup time, I logged into the website only to find that my reservation had been changed to pickup after the store opened. This delay tarnished my reputation with my client as I was late for my appointment!LATOYA R.

Okay I went over my miles and don't return the truck as planned however the personnel could have told me that I would've been charged 70 more dollars for keeping the truck longer and if I would've known that I could keep the truck 24 hrs at the same rate I would've booked it for that long I wasn't advised that. When I arrived the truck was not ready key wasn't in slot. I'm thankful there where still employees inside because the location was closed. The gentleman did look at my reservation but wasn't happy he had to. We had to wait cause the truck was not ready they still had to clean it. Just was a mess. I was held up from my move for almost an hour while the person serving me seemed to not know what she was doing, took another customer in the middle of my rental, without asking me, then proceeded to take her time with him, including debating a rate increase. On I was finally sent to the unit, it was not as explained on the phone, there was no help in locating the unit, in fact I was given the wrong information, My driver was costing me extra money because of the insanely long delay. After realizing that the building I was sent to did not even house the unit I had rented, I gave up, went back to the office and cancelled the entire rental. By far the worst rental experience ever! I manage a Storage Facility, this was a disgraceful exhibition of Storage Rental. It ended up costing me almost $100 in additional expenses and I ran out of daylight.
