The people I had interacted with when picking up and dropping off weren't friendly and they were slow. I had made my reservation several weeks in advance, and I didn't receive the equipment I ordered. I reserved the larger of the 2 dollys and a dozen furniture pads. I didn't get any furniture pads and the store didn't have the dolly size I requested and I had to take the smaller one. Thankfully the movers were prepared and had furniture pads and were able to make do with the dolly available. I would've appreciated more professionalism or just being friendly.

I reserved an appliance dolly to move my new washer and dryer and when I arrived at the store I was told that they didn’t have any left for the day. This forced me to use a utility dolly which ended up severely denting both my washer and dryer. I don’t understand why it would let me reserve one online only to arrive and find out I couldn’t have one. It should be the same policy as the trucks (if they don’t have one you get compensation).

The representative that assisted me was not friendly. Did not greet me when I walked up to the counter. Answered his personal cell phone while assisting. And when the transaction was complete advise my truck was outside and said nothing else! I would not recommend this location to anyone with the lack of customer skills this rep provided me.

It is totally scandalous for you to charge people 7.00 dollars for text to take pictures of the front and back of your driver's license, why are you not setup to do this in your office. This is another cooperate rip off that our supposed to be representatives let you people get away with, ripping the public, and we all no why they do it.,... for their payoff. In conclusion I will never do business with you crooks again, and will pass this on to my many friends and relatives, thanks for nothing.

Uhaul is charging absolutely too much money for these trucks. After everything I spent about $500. That is absolutely ridiculous. I am not satisfied. I’m actually very upset about it. Thieves!

Ensure the vehicle that the online application and operations work in unison. Even though the web site informed me a vehicle was ready to be picked up, it was not and I ended up having to work with the customer rep to rectify the situation. The customer rep was extremely helpful.

It was extremely busy, the busiest I've ever seen, trucks and trailers being returned were back up to the road, crew inspecting vehicles were understaffed but did the best they could. Only two counter personnel servicing customers, one of which was moving at a glacial pace. I like this location and it's usually a quick rental and return, but not this time.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen. Area manager came out of hiding to peek and disappear again without speaking to customers. I arrived at 9:55 to pick up my rental scheduled for 10. I didn’t leave location until 10:45 only because everything finally finished online. Never moved one step closer to the counter in all that time. When returning the van, a customer service rep got into a verbal altercation with a customer. Literally screaming at each other!! This was embarrassing and scared my 11 year old daughter. This store is a mess. Stuff everywhere. One woman tripped over a broom handle and got embarrassed and started screaming at people who were standing there. This store is a joke! I’ll never be back.

The staff I interacted with were unfriendly and did not know how to operate a computer, much less the system used to book a rental vehicle. The staff would much rather converse with each other than help or notice potential customers. As I waited in line to return the vehicle, I witnessed a staff member get up from her desk to answer a personal call - “Hey booboo I know you know I’m at work right now, but how are you? Did you hear about...”. Extremely unprofessional. Equipment was shoddy and horribly maintained. The old 15 ft box-truck I rented smelled of cigarettes (there was even an ashtray inside the cabin!), did not have fully functioning headlights, constantly displayed the oil check light, and had several panels loose throughout the cabin. The panels being loose meant that hot air would rush into the cabin and almost burn the drivers leg while operating the vehicle. Climate vents were also damaged and that’s a problem for a city in the south during the summertime. I would not recommend this location to any future customers. Unfortunately, I needed a box truck quickly and this was the only one available in my immediate area. An associate working the propane department was the one that helped me in the end as I returned my vehicle. He was prompt in getting me my receipt and informed me I was going to have to pay the refueling fee. That fee was something I was happy to pay to not have to drive that clunker of a truck anymore.
