First I walked in and asked the uhaul rep. If they had any truck for rent and he said no. Then I pulled out my phone and reserved a truck online. I gave the rep the reservation number and he handed me the keys. Kinda crazy because he just told me they didn't have ANY trucks available.RICHARD B.

This pick up location was very helpful after me dealing with my horrible experience.My rental experience with U-Haul was a nightmare Trainwreck. If you look up in my notes you will be able to see everything that has happened plus I have called and talk to 8 different people which have put me on hold and never got back to me or hung up on me or transferred me without letting me explain my information two of which were supposed to transfer me over to speak to a manager and never did. I have never been treated like this at a place in my life. U-Haul customer service absolutely sucks. I've spent countless time trying to get my situation resolved. I reservations a month in advance only for them to be changed by reservations the day before my out of state move. I had to drive almost an hour away to pick up an available truck. This caused me to be late meeting my movers. My entire move was rushed because of this. It wasn't until we arrived at our destination hundreds of miles away that we noticed the truck was damaged and was leaking water. We drove through a rain storm. I had a three bedroom house with all types of electronics in the truck. It took 2 hours for me to communicate this situation to customer service. I reached the manager of the store on my own to ask why the truck was rented to me in the first place. She did apologize and acknowledge this truck came from another Uhaul location and shouldn't have been rented to a customer but in turn should have gone for repairs. I lost lots of time unloading due to this and turned the truck in 30 mins late. I was charged for an extra day. However, the rep at the returning store did adjust. This was a nightmare. We didn't deserve this. I will not rent from Uhaul again.Ronald M.

When I arrived to pick up my rental, there were 4 people in line and only 1 employee behind the counter so I ended up waiting a little over 30 min to get my truck and I was on a strict time frame. First, it took a very long time to get assistance. The first 5 x 9 with ramp trailer that was hooked to my brother's suburban was bent and unusable. The associate helping couldn't let us take it because the taillight was out. Even though he was the one that hooked up the bent trailer, he was going to let us drive off the lot. When my brother pointed out the bent trailer he acted very nonchalant about it. He then offered a trailer without a ramp. (We were moving a refrigerator. A ramp is needed.) When my brother asked about a different trailer with a ramp, he said no because it was too big and he needed to have trailer lights hooked up, which my brother did have hooked up and told the associate. Ended up getting not what I had reserved and wasting 45 minutes. The time it was due back was still 6 hours from the original reservation time. This was awful! I went to 3 locations trying to find my truck I reserved online. None of the first 2 locations had my one way long distance truck or my auto trailer. The 2nd location told me that reservations don't do anything and to try this other location. Why did I even try making a reservation? Also, my online reservation price was way lower than the price I paid. This is false advertisement. I will never use UHaul again or recommend their services, because it was way more expensive and a huge waste of my time going to multiple locations for every part of our trip through UHaul.JASON M.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite but the rest of the staff were not clear on anything and it took over an hour to get my rental. I had a reservation at 10am, I called at 9:30 and the rental was not there (no one called me to redirect me to another uhaul - I called them). The receptionist told me that one was on it's way to there so I proceeded to go anyway. I got there at 9:50am, the rental did not get there until 11:20am. When the guy did show up with it he sat in the truck for a few minutes, it wasn't until I got out of my car to go see if he was who I was waiting on. He was just sitting in the car "wondering if I had already completed my paper work". Didn't bother to come ask me or get moving on hooking it up for me or anything. Considering this was a 10am rental and it was almost 11:30 I feel like no one was concerned enough that I had a whole crew back home waiting on me to come with the rental. In this case I feel like the whole "reservation" deal is fraud. It feels more like you'll get it when they decide to come. Like I said, even when he finally did come he just sat in the car waiting on idk what.MONICA E.
