Super nice staff it’s been several times that I have to use Uhaul and Houston is the one that are always super nice and carefull with everything specially this location on Antoine Dr.

JOHN E | First ImpressionsI want to commend this U-Haul store and location to anyone willing to read this….they have been collectively awesome and amazing from the very beginning to the end of my needing the storage unit. My hat is off to you Ryan Smith!! Ryan, the GM has taken care of me at every turn, and there have been many. So glad that I picked his location as his staff has been as awesome and amazing as he has been. I would bet that there is little turnover of employees there and I know why for sure. I would and WILL. recommend you all to anyone and everyone!! I will bring the RX-8 to you all to show you what it looks when its done!!! It will be a while but I promise I will!!! Thank you again for helping (and putting up with me…) Excellent customer service and when you need something they come through and keep their word and they don't forget you or who you are. You all definitely have earned this review!!

Lanette G | Overall ExperienceClocks to clock in never work unless you try 4-5 times The storage door locks are very hard to slide close. There are rats and roaches in the climate control building that you pay a lot for to perserve you things but rat feces and roach discretion all on my boxes and on my cloths. Felt dirty if I had to come and look in a box because of that. They carry bacteria and diseases. You need a computer digital system. Maybe my unit wouldn't have gotten robbed and the camera conviently were not on an my unit was the only one robbed in the entire building so I know they watch me and it was a inside job!
