Your clerks need to answer the phone. Had to call the customer service number to get any help. Before going to this location we were supposed to pick it up from Pitbull Trailer and Rental in Houston TX & they didn't have it. Was told to call traffic uhaul & 800 number was given.

Better customer service. Communicating to the client if there are changes to a reservation. The clerk paid more attention to her phone than the customers. But I like the convenience of the location and availability

They forgot to load my furniture dolly and I didnt notice until I was at my destination and to far to come back. To much talking to peers when customers are in the store waiting for service.

Long waits, rental personnel too slow, need more help for the guy who assist to hook up trailers.

Don't let kids run the store, teach them so they underrstand the contract, tell them that customers are no ignorants and we can read.. So when they write "credit reversal" we know what that means.. I an not stupid.. I want my money back.... 42.50

The brakes on the truck were really bad I didn't not feel comfortable in it and when we addressed it to the associate she just said ok ..

The truck was fine the customer service wasn't up to par. When I arrive the manger greeted me and got someone to assist me bc he was cashing out the drawers. The young blk lady who came to helped me excused herself several times to response to text messages on her cell phone. I also told her I wanted insurance but bc she was too busy on her cell phone she forgot to add it to the rental. She tired to go back to add coverage but said she didn't know how to do it without recharging my card so I went without coverage bc I didn't want my money held up with multiple charges.

I appreciated how the clerk who took care of my reservation answered the phone customer who called before I approach the counter but he did not allow subsequent phone calls to interrupt our transaction until we were done. I felt this is the way to conduct business regarding phone calls and people standing in line

All good

Safety! We were given a truck with a damaged tire. We brought it back and was told it couldn't be fixed at the moment , there wasn't any other trucks available. We were told we'd be okay.

Put a step up on the truck so short legged people can get into the medium size trucks easier
