not an issue with the location, the staff there was helpful, professional and friendly. But the app - I pre-registered on the app to pick up my truck without having to go inside, but it didn't connect my pre-reg information with my reservation! So I had to go inside and do it all over again. That added about 25 minutes between waiting in line and going back through the process.

The truck wasn't ready at a location I did reservation at had to go all out the way to another on. I was all off schedule yo move and everything was behind thanks to uhaul and then they over charged me and now I have to wait on my return smh

The stuff was very easy going, well prepared but most important they make sure to give me a call back to follow up because I was not able to rent a truck the first time. They reserve the truck for the next day, keep in mind it was in a busy weekend and firsts of the month. Thank you antione and beltway 8 location for making my move stress free. Also big thanks for the associate that check me out. She was very nice and make sure to tell me every single detail I needed to know to return the truck after hours. ( she very nice, pretty , little short, and well prepared. She own a notebook with all work information) anyways thank ya so much.

Your check in process is more laborious than applying for a mortgage. Despite my efforts of “checking in” prior to picking up the trailer, it still takes the store 15 minutes or more to process my reservation. I upload my license in advance, I enter my truck information in advance, I pay for it in advance. Once I arrive I still need to succumb to your agent calling 2 of my friends in order to complete the reservation. I have no issues with your staff but this process is awful from a customer point of view

Mileage and gas was incorrect and self-checkout would not work when I tried to update the gas and mileage causing me to get behind on moving! THEN I WAS CHARGED IN EXTRA DAY DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE!! THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE ELSE DUE TO THIS ISSUE!!

On 11/1/19, 8:45am,I went to the uhaul storage facility in the front of my subdivision to inquire about renting a 6x12 trailor. I was informed that they rented only trucks, no trailors. No problem, they were very friendly and called another uhaul storage facility nearby that said they had 6x12 trailors. I went to that facility and they were friendly enough. I informed them I needed a 6x12 trailor to tow a large offroad hunting vehicle. I spent an hour at this facilite trying to get paperwork completed due to my phone getting lousy reception and was unable to take picture of my drivers license and get it uploaded to uhaul app. Finally dI'd it the old fashion way and they took me to hook up trailor. Turned out that they only had enclosed trailor which would not nearly allow my vehicle to fit inside. We canceled every thing after they blamed me for not telling them i needed open trailor and off I went to another uhaul facility. Now 10:30am. This facility was out of open 6x12 trailors. They promptly called ahead and reserved the last 6x12 open trailor they had to rent. I am now at the 11202 Antoine, Houston TX facility 11am. The young lady, I believe her name was Monica, was very polite and helped me thru a difficult morning. I was informed the trailor needed a new tire and could not be rented. It is now all I can do to hold my composure. Because they accepted a reservation, they said they would make it right, replace the tire, and rent me the trailor. The replacement took 30+ minutes and I was out at 11;45am. I returned home, went to load my vehicle and realized that the 6x12 trailor only had 4 foot tail gate, entry ramp. "How dumb I am feeling about now, as my vehicle is 5 feet wide. This one is on me." Back to uhaul with trailor and returned at 1:05pm. (This uhaul facility is not near my home.) I was informed by Monica that all she could do for me was to charge me 1 days rental and one days insurance. I understood that she did not have the authority to offer any other discount. I asked to talk to the manager. 5 minutes later she arrived and promptly hand me the receipt for $47.25 explaining that once the trailor left the property rent started on a per diem basis. I told her I understood the terms of the contract, bUT was there anything she could do for me considering that the trailor was out for an hour and my frustrating day with uhaul. I had now been in the process of renting a trailor from uhaul for over 4 hours. Maybe some flat fee or discount. I was flatly informed that there was nothing she could do. She really meant there was nothing she "would" do. Customer service and and reviews are worth something. If this is uhaul's hard and fast procedures, then you are acting like the near monopoly that you are. This is not about the money, but the amount of wasted time spent with uhaul. We had planned to leave for the Hunting lease at 11am and finally left at 2:30pm. Thanks uhaul for a great day, but never, ever again. Tom Sooy Contract numbe
