Originally, I was picking the truck up Christmas Day. The location was closed by then. The truck was stuck in the middle of several trucks. I wasn't able to get the truck out. I called customer service. I was very upset but the next day the manager called me. The manager followed up and turned everything around to outstanding. We have used this location for years. This was the best service we have ever had.

You could have the dolly and moving blanket free for customer use, that would be a PLUS. Charge for damage, lost, or misused. Builds good customer relations.

Customer service is awful and rude. Sat on the side of the highway for 3+ hours waiting on roadside assistance for a simple flat tire on an open trailer. Once they arrived the guy was good and efficient, but not a UHaul Employee (Obviously) I deserve a refund and got total pushback. I will do everything I can to NEVER use UHaul in the future

Made a mobile reservation however when i went to pick up the vehicle i could not access the keys for the truck. Had to call support to get another vehicle. Mobile reservation system is unreliable.

I paid for the service to secure the car to the tow trailer and I asked the guy to put the chains on the rear of the car. He said it didn't need it that he put the chain on the front. The car slid forward on the trailer shortly into the trip. Would not ride with out swaying and had trouble stopping because all the weight of the car was on the front and the trailer dipped down. Driving 40 miles an hour on dark two Lane roads. Couldn't drive on the highway. Caused my trip to be over 7 hours. Then I see the situation and am unable to reach the front chain because it had slack in it and when the car shifted the chain was way under the front. The guy who helped me at the drop off location was helpful but really did not crasp the level of the situation. Tried to explain away that the rear chains would have made no difference. The car was a small heavy sports car and there was no extended rearend to balance out the load, all the weight was forward. The trailer hitch was low to the ground almost touching and in turn my truck rear was lower, weighted down instead of riding level. I thought I was using the safest approach to moving my car and I could have been killed, driving dark rainy two Lane roads. When the service girl had radioed the guy to hook me up, he told her he had a boat to get out that day and he was too busy. He did not make my safe trip his concern. He was in a hurry to get back to the other task. When I told him I had paid for the load up service he made a face and said she didn't tell him that. Just a lack of customer service for me and my trip.

Despite making online reservations, the staff seemed inexperienced and it took over an hour to get my rental equipment. Again despite making online reservations, the staff initially issued the incorrect equipment resulting in additional time required to correct this.

I spoke with several Uhaul reps who were unable to help me schedule my pod delivery, until I was transferred to Keri at the Normandy location. She immediately answered all my questions and assisted with the least stressful move I’ve ever had! The driver was awesome ( both employees communicated and provided impeccable customer service). My belongings were exactly as I packed, no damage, no bugs. Thank you! This move was flawless w Uhaul!

Pick up went fine drop off was poor waited 35 minutes before I was told to go inside to drop off was second in line. There is sign in the drop off lane that clearly says stay with equipment and wait for help when someone else came up behind me ask how long I had been waiting I said 35 minutes I was second in line the man cleaning trucks told me we had to go inside I go inside now there are 10 people in line trying to rent WHY HAVE A Sign Yes this left me with a not so warm and fuzzy feeling I got there 15 before 9.00 AM you can keep the extra day rental even though I turned in a day earlier but Please take down those Signs thanks Danny

Wait time was ridiculous. I also made a reservation online and completed it fully with my DL and credit card info. When I was finally helped, they asked for all of that information over again, though they easily found my reservation.

Even though I only had to move a couple of big items, Uhaul had the trailer I needed. The price I paid was was really low. It was a great experience.

Not enough employees at this location. Safety locks were broke on the wheel strap that holds the car on the dolly. No signage telling customers how to bring equipment back.

Folks were nice, temp was great, and very secure. You may want to sweep up around the storage loading/unloading area, clean the carts a bit, and fix the cart (3) with a missing wheel.
