The facility is great but the ppl who work there aren’t. The customer service needs to be work on we waited on the guy to hook our trailer up to the trucks for almost a hour while walk around trying to do a interview walk pass didn’t speak or acknowledge us at all these walk outside started moving things around I went and got a refund walking out the door is when he wanted to say something after almost a hour on waiting on him do nothing . And very short staff

DESMOND P. | Overall ExperienceFriendly staff and helpful, however! There were roaches in the storage area. I do not have roaches at home. We sprayed 1 time, and still had a couple of them running around, but better than a couple of days before. Also, we rented at least 6 times ( truck ) within 2 weeks, and always had such a long wait because there were only one staff member working the the desk most of the time. He or she always carried themselves as a professional, and I appreciated that, but I felt bad for them because they were overwhelmed with different jobs to do besides helping at the front when it was a long line. We currently have a storage on Pearl St; and have never seen a bug. ( very clean. ). We used your service for the truck because, we moved from a few blocks from you all. ( close to the apartment we were packing our items. I will close with saying you all have good , well trained workers. Please treat them like you appreciate them by hiring more help to give to your customers whom keep your business going. Thank you kindly.
