My stuff was molding. I thought it said it’s ventilated. That’s why I bought it.

My storage lock wasn’t put on properly and I came to resolve the issue however it took an hour and 45 minutes to be assisted by your staff, the manager sat in the office and refused to communicate with me. She sent one of our customer service staff to assist me and I waited 30 minutes for that in an additional hour and 10 minutes after that just to be directed to my storage to place the lock on properly they were unable to find the key to my storage and I already had the key and I gave them that information upon my arrival so what took the situation so long I do not understand. I will no longer do services with this particular location. I would rather drive miles to another location then to visit this facility again thank you

JASON C | Overall ExperienceThis location is overrun with vagrants that panhandle and approach you during “secure” access hours. They ask you if you know “Blue” and we don’t know if that’s drug culture slang or if an actual person named Blue is selling drugs out of a unit inside. Final straw/immediate move out was when my storage into full of classrooms supplies for CHILDREN started to reek of marijuana. (Many unholstered items and book character stuffed animals inside) Management is apathetic—possibly scared of “Blue” or on his payroll. Shut the entire place down and start again. I will not even rent a truck from this location or set a toe on property again. Was my go-to for buying boxes and packaging supplies but no longer. Local law enforcement involvement is STRONGLY suggested. Send an investigator by to surveillance the site for the gross misconduct and illegal activities.
