The operational management for Ubox is significantly subpar. My experience spending well over $1000 to move two small boxes less than 400 miles was horrendous. Your standard operating procedures need to be re-evaluated as customers should be able to chose a specific date and time for the delivery of their personal items. I have experienced the least amount of compassion and empathy with this company as a whole and I will never use this service again. Uhual should be ashamed at the outrageous rates being charged to their customers that I am sure is a shared cost. If you're going to charge people this much money the quality of service should be spectacular. I am sure that all boxes being moved to a centralized location get shipped around the same time on freight or larger vessels and then are delivered by your individual carriers. Your freight (shipping) costs should not be absorbed by customer in totality. Work on your profit margins and reduce the price of this service if the quality is going to be this poor. Also, for the love of God, vet your moving companies on Moving Help or hire them as contractors to do the moves as assigned that will not fit into your moving queue. I shouldn't have to explain this though. There's someone making six plus figures a year that should know this. My experience sucked. That's the review.

The only issue I had is that I couldn't confirm if I turned the truck back in or not online. When I filled out the info it stated thank you at the end but when I logged into my account late to see if it went through I couldn't see that I turned the truck in. I was having issues earlier with the email too. The only suggestion I have is to allow the 2 systems to communicate so I can see that everything was settled once I turned in the truck.

I wanted a reservation for a date and time at another location. Had to drive miles out of the way at a cost of hours in my hectic day. Finally get going.... Upon return had to wait, not all employees (Brandon) knew how to check you in. The dude was an absolute waste and doesn't have social skills, let alone customer service skills. If I dont use Budget or Ryder next time, I will definitely not be using this location due to the absence of customer service.

There were was one problem. I ordered an appliance dolly but the location I picked up only had a hand card. We made if work though. When I dropped off the truckin Jacksonville I was treated by a very pleasant gentleman that was very courteous and professional.

The lift operator at this location is NOTa people person and should stay away from the counter assisting customers. Their system was NOT updated with the last customer mileage who used the truck that I reserved and HE tried put the cost on me. He refused to believe me even when I had photos of what was on the dashboard. He rudely walked away from me in the parking lot stating you need to speak to the Manager. The manager Arthur came “running” out to assist. He saw the photos and asked me to come inside and he would make it right. This employee who assisted me at the counter either needs to amp up on His customer people skills, learn how to make corrections to their system, or find another job as he was very unprofessional. You don't just WALK AWAY from a customer.

My reservation was for a different location. I was notified of the change after the manager checked. I had to spend $40 on Uber to get to new location. I pre paid for a truck that wasn't ready when I got there. Terrible service. I would like a call 904-613-2373.

I stored my furniture there and fell behind on payments. I was told to pay or come get my stuff. I came to get my things and all of my belongings were infested with cockroaches. I appreciate them working with me but the bug infestation and the air controlled environment weren’t acceptable.

When I returned my rental, the rep told me I didn't need to wait around for him to check it in, and that a receipt would be emailed to me. I returned my rental 5 HOURS before it was due. The van wasn't checked in until the following day, leading to me being charged for two days instead of one. I returned to uhaul and got it fixed, but wanted you to be aware it is happening at this store. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was black, probably in his 30s or 40s, name started with a G. I was told by another rep that he should have checked it in immediately and not after I left.

The gentleman who helped me return the truck was awesome. He saw me pull up at exactly 3pm on Thanksgiving, the lights inside were off. He stayed a few extra moments to assist me. I was impressed with his kindness and professionalism. The lady that checked me in to pick up the truck was also very friendly and helpful. This location was clean and organized. Everything appeared well maintained. Overall a very pleasant experience even with.it being last minute and a holiday. I will absolutely use this location in the future when the need arises.

Do a walk around with and employee. Make sure the equipment is in truck. I fell in the back of the truck I rented. Broke my left hip. I got a text saying I took the dolly. It was not one in the truck.I will pay the $2.88 tomorrow. Still in hospital. Can you email me a receipt of truck, insurance I had on truck will pay at 10 am

I asked them a few days before pickup to change to a 20' and they said it's done. It wasn't and I only knew it at pickup day. Take what we give you or cancel. Another thing, they sent me to pickup the truck at a remote location far from the reservation site that is close to my home. I drove 40 minutes to be told there was no truck available and I had to call diverse numbers to get it fixed and finally went back to the original location to pickup the truck. What kind of service is that? No change, no apologies. No truck, no apologies. That sucked

Someone had gone into my storage room removed almost all items that I have in storage took the paper that items that were taken were wrapped in and I had to pay Around $181 a month for four months was told that I could not close my contract until I cleaned up the mess that I didn’t make. One of the agents was extremely helpful helping me clean up the mess As I would’ve had a hard time cleaning it out by myself
