CURTISTINE PDropped off after hours. There should be a specific drop off location, taking pictures after parking close to other trucks required moving my truck couple of times.
Mukesh kManger was super rude and unprofessional. I waited an hour with only 3 people in line. The manager walked around on the phone doing nothing the entire time. Even after I showed him pictures of gas mileage he still tried to charge 23$ for gas when I only drove 4 miles total. Watch this guy was very rude to other customers as well. I’ve been to a lot of uhauls locations and this by far my worst experience.
LAMARCUS PThe staff was amazing; they were so helpful, and this will be my forever location. What I experienced at a dealer on June 1st nearly made me lose trust — the truck was full of roaches, very dirty, The staff was clueless and needs to be trained or removed from Uhaul, and I was hit with some extra charges which were complete lies that I will definitely dispute. 25-hour tire shop in Houston, TX, will cause you all to lose a lot of customers. However, this location saved me as a customer.

Ashley JThe app did not work properly during check-in or check-out, which caused unnecessary delays and made the rental process extremely frustrating. When I picked up the truck, it was rented to me without a lock. I was initially told I would need to buy one, but I explained that the truck should come with a lock because I have rented from U-Haul many times and the truck normally includes one. To the credit of the employees who checked me in, they did eventually provide a lock from the store and told me to take pictures on my phone since the app was not working. However, because of the app issues and the truck not being properly prepared, I did not leave until after my reserved start time. I returned the truck at the same time I checked it out. I filled up the gas tank and attempted to check the truck back in and pay the expected charges through the app, but the app still would not work. When I returned at 7:00 PM, I was told the store was closed even though I was there on time and the app issue was preventing me from completing the return. The worst part was the employee I dealt with during the return. He refused to give me his name, told me to “fuck off,” said “fuck you,” and called me a “motherfucker.” I have a photo and video documenting part of the incident. This was completely unacceptable. The app failed, the truck was not properly prepared, and the customer service during the return was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.

JORGE NTheir was reason I was given one from the back row it had electrical problems. The service guy who came out to take a look it was no help eaither . Iam glad it wasn't my money for someone to come out and tell me the unit was old and it had been wired wrong of course Iam telling you that the lights have gone off on Me twice at night. But can't do a diagnosis cause they are on now. I felt like I was at a dealership can't fix the problem cause it doesn't spit out a code. Doing a visual on electrical problem is not going to solve the issue. DMAS. I had a guy feeling they knew it had problems why else would they dig it out from the back.

I have not rented before from U-Haul and I cannot be expected to know all the details but he acted like I am a small kid. Probably not come here again ever. Truck was dirty but I had no choice since I was already late (mind you, I was supposed to pick my truck up at 8. I showed up at 8. I could not take possession till 9 because they were slow).

kevin pI reserved a dollie several days in advance. Then on the day of my rental they did not have one, so I was charge a extra fee to rental a appliance dollie. I did not appreciate that.

Rhonda AFirst fill rental with gasoline. Literally was on empty, which anyone would agree is unacceptable. Second, Clean your rental teucks please,yes that means inside and outside of truck, then fill with gasoline, literally was on empty. I returned it Full with Fuel but UHAUL employee at location would not refund me any money. No employee their, could give me my final paperwork, making me worry that I would be charged another day unnecessarily.

SAFI FThe young lady Abby behind the counter was incredibly. We were 3rd in line more people kept coming in behind us.i expected to be there for hours. But, She was flawlessly, simultaneously running two desk, answering the phones, dealing with customers coming back in with problems with their pickups. She never missed a beat, dealt with everyone in a very friendly and professional manor, made everyone feel they were her most important customer and kept it all moving smoothly. I hope you are paying her very well. you should consider letting her train the entire U-Haul staff and see if she has brothers and sisters. If I was still in business she would not still be working for you. I felt bad for not thinking of giving her a large tip until after I left. A great experience because of her.
Jack KThis location was so ghetto, firstly when i walked in and sat down the guy had a cannabis vape on the table. So unprofessional. I called before coming the people told me one thing over the phone i came in person less than 20 mins then somebody else said something diff. I had trouble completing the check in steps on the app, no one could help me the lady said just go ahead it’s okay even tho i didn’t complete the setup process taking photos of the car dash mileage etc. all this was just completely unprofessional. This is not a good look for uhaul

From the moment I got there she was very kind and had such positive energy. She truly went above and beyond helping me and keeping calm through what could have been a stressful move. She was so thorough and even assisted be with getting a bigger storage space because online it stated a medium unit would be big enough for a two bedroom apartment but it wasn’t. She got me two units right next to each other. Your team is lucky to have someone like Ms. Abby thanks again for everything!!

We also requested to have first floor and was told that we had to be on the 2 nd floor with no elevator which was difficult for us with all the stairs. Will never recommend that location ever.

The unit I originally booked which was a down stairs unit was already taken so I had to take an upstairs unit and the place doesn’t have an elevator which was a hassle. 2. I was charged for late fee’s when my account was on auto pay. When I contacted customer service and customer service contacted the manger she basically said she would wave my fee as a one time courtesy, which I think isn’t fair because if my unit is in auto pay and your system fails to recognize that, it’s not my fault. The 3rd reason is I moved out before the next time my bill was due. I did everything that was asked on the app for move out and a few weeks later I received a bill for my unit…I called no one answered so I called customer service a ticket was created. Few more weeks later I received another notice of being late and late fees. Now this is where I get annoyed, if your personal or Manager would walk the units and paid attention you would have seen my move out request. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for you to do your job. I would never rent from this place again but overal U-Haul was fine.

Nonetheless, I kept getting late notices and letters in the mail. No response. Finally I contacted UHaul customer support and they were shocked at this incompetency and were very helpful. This ending soured my experience with UHaul moving and storage at nrg and I will never rent here or recommend it again.

The location is very busy and very clean, including restrooms! Miss Amanda Brown runs a tight ship where everyone seems friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I was especially impressed with her leadership and management style. She seem to work harder than anyone there and cares about the location, people and her employees. I want to especially highlight employee "Aldi or Auidi" who was always super nice and kind. Congrats to Miss Amanda for a great location, management and customer service.
