The whole check in online experience was EXTREMELY inconvenient and I still has to wait in line and get the key. They asked for 2 alternate contacts that they had to verify, right then without warning, then would ONLY accept credit cards when that was not posted on the website nor did I receive any notice of that type of payment. The whole check in process took me about an hour which was ridiculous!! How can people make moving plans?? When I went to return it, I did the self check in again and it also had to still be "checked in" by an employee. If they have to go and do it, why waste my time with it?! It was overall not a good experience and I will not be using uhaul again.Nicole P.

The woman who checked me in was very polite and cordial. At the end of the check out process, it was not made clear to me which truck assigned to me. I was not told to look at the serial number at the top of the bed. I also had to remind her that I had purchased an adjustable cart and had rented 2 standard hand carts. It was also not reassuring to see the gas gauge on 1/8 of a tank. To feel more reassured I took the time to add extra gas right after leaving the Uhaul store.David S.
I reserved a pick up truck but when I arrived they didn't have one. They also didn't have any 10' trucks so I had to pay for a 15' just to move my Ubox. This was very difficult to maneuver in my condo community. For check in, it took over an hour to get my Ubox. The employee starting helping two other customers after starting to help me. When I got home, I discovered that the 15' Truck I rented still had things from last renter in cargo - furniture and empty bottles of juice and water. When I brought my Ubox to my new home, there was a lock on it that I didn't put on. I went back to the uhaul office and they didn't have a key to the lock, so they gave me bolt cutters, which didn't work. I ended up unscrewing the entire door hinge to open my Ubox. I understand this isn't the fault of this uhaul location, but more the fault of the Orlando location. Or the company as a whole for poor communication. I filled gas before returning the truck, but apparently the gas level was barely below what it was when I picked it up, and was charged $10. At that point I was so tired that I wanted to leave as soon as possible so I complied immediately.MICHAEL C.
Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I requested dollies in advance as a part of my reservation and on the date of my reservation, I went to pick up my rental truck and there were no dollies available. There was also a long wait time.JORDAN P.
Understaffed! 9 people in line and all the 2 attendants could say is "everyone's moving today". U Haul's records show how many units will be coming and going, so STAFF UP. My time is valuable and i was paying movers by the hour but an hour late getting the truck. Wont use UHaul again.Martha W.
Jerold Burton is EXCELLENT! The store was packed with customers due to the holiday long weekend and end of month for Memorial Day but the line moved smoothly because of the customer service! Great! Will definitely return!!DAVID F.
The truck was very, very dirty. The floor of the truck was very, very nasty. The cup holders had nasty food particles and black stuff around them. The drivers seat had a burnt leather. The guy over there wasn't friendly, courteous and has zero customer relationship. One lady had a lukewarm attitude and the other lady had a little bit of humor. I gave the location an average because of the humorous lady. If it was for that guy alone, I would give a poor. Lastly, what does it take for uhaul to give the guy some new uniforms? He wore some dirty, worn out, torn uniforms. Always remember that man is the face of Uhaul.DABO A.
It was very unclear where to drop the truck off and there was no key drop box in sight. Very frustrating experience as there were no staff outside to help.EDWIN M.
Entire process was an absolute mess. Customer service is a nightmare to call. We separately waited on call for likely well over an hour total each over the past week or so. All of that waiting was for absolutely nothing because our order was messed up several times. If all of that wasn't enough, when we arrived where we thought we were supposed to, we found out we had to go 20 minutes to a different location to get our rental. Upon arriving at this place we find out not only are we not getting the rental we originally requested but we were now paying more for less ALONG WITH less time to keep the rental. I will tell you that I am an understanding person when it comes to things like this, but I have never experienced such an absolute joke of customer service and overall logistics management in my life. I will never rent another U-Haul as long as I can help it.MICHAEL T.

I believe I'm his name is jearld , but he took care of us getting the right trailer very patient and although there was a long line he made sure all of the attention was for us time of pick up. He also asked every customer what they were waiting for on his way out the door to inspect trucks for current customer. On the other hand the other guy needs some customer service training ..Esmeralda R.
I spoke with the manager and advised I was delayed waiting on moving labor and would return the truck around 5:30pm on day of rental at the earliest. He said this would be okay. The manager was not on site when I returned the vehicle around 6:10pm. I was charged for 2 days of service!!! I had the vehicle less than 10 hours and drove 6 miles. I WANT THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES REMOVED FROM AND CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! I just spoke with the manager and advised about the billing and that I may have left a set of keys in the vehicle. He said: "I will check and call you when I get around to it...". He sounded very disinterested and bothered - this is a complete 180 degree difference from being aggressive and insistent in calling a reference early on the day of rental. I waited 3.5 hours to hear from the manager and received no contact. I returned to the location, located the truck, looked inside and found the keys on the floor between the driver's seat and the middle jump seat. The manager made no effort to locate the keys. This is the most convenient location for me to use at this time; I will find somewhere else to go for the simple reason the customer service at this location is atrocious!!!JEFF D.
