The storage unit was very disappointing. We had a unit downstairs but they said it was damaged at the last min and then moved me to a smaller unit upstairs and we weren’t able to use the unit.
Staff was very kind & helpful due to my EXTREME situation. I have NEVER witnessed the type of kindness from a storage facility that they presented here. This should DEFINITELY be the MODEL for U-haul.
