I waited for 30 minutes in line to get my rental. The self checkout did not work. The truck drove horribly and when I was 1.5 to 2 miles from the rental location the fuel light came on. So that was a sweet quarter tank that I supposedly had at the start! It looked under 1/8th of a tank, but given the 8-10 people in line, I didn’t go back to challenge the starting fuel level. This was my worst UHaul experience by far.

I don’t know what’s happened here at the location in Overland, Missouri. I have been renting trucks for years for my Staging moves and I have been completely dissatisfied the last few months. Yesterday the truck was beyond filthy. It was gross in there. This is the second time I was left with next to no gas. The first time it was actually on empty a couple weeks ago this time it was below a quarter and this is not acceptable. I am 66 years old and I should not have to put gas in a truck twice in one day because they have left me with nothing. The place is really going downhill.

The Page UHaul location has the best customer service. Customer service is not practiced enough in the world today. It is very appreciated, that the crew takes time to serve customers. If you have to wait in line, they will greet you and inform you how much longer. Great hospitality!

condition of the boxes were disgusting, plywood boxes instead of the traditional metal uboxes, have ordered numerous times & never knew the plywood ones were even a consideration, locks were literally 2 -3 inches off & completely janky to open, much less close, reeked of cat urine, when they arrived, & when i opened them up, had to let my items air out before moving them in the house, called customer service twice, finally received a l call from the executive assistant to take notes, she was lovely...appalling i paid over $1700 for this caliber of boxes & service...uhaul forgot to charge my transport fee so uboxes were a day late getting delivered, which put me a day behind my incredibly tight schedule

The employees did not want to help I dropped off the equipment and they were telling me I had to park it and I had to do the work for it when there is a clear drop of section. The employees also never came out when I was in the drop of section, I waited for a while before going in and seeing them siting on their phone I know the could see me I saw the cameras working. After every they never put in that I dropped off the equipment because I was getting calls later say I am way past the drop off date when I turned it in prior. So no this was not a good experience

The service was fine. The truck however did not include a ramp (it was the last truck available and it was explained that the weekends are very busy. We should have reserved a truck.).
I did not receive a response about the return of the truck to U-Haul which should have occurred by 11:45 a.m.-12:00 noon. Will you please let me know the final charges and if/when the truck was returned?

Please ensure that all rentals have well treaded tires. When looking over the vehicles for damage, tires are not my main concern. I assume the equipment is up to safety standards. Unfortunately, the two rear tires were at the end of tread life which cause me to get stuck in icy conditions. The vehicle was only rear wheel drive. new tires were on the front but NOT on the back where you need the power.

I had a bad experience when I paid my bill and went to my unit and staff had put a lock on it. They stated they did not know who the unit belongs too, but they took my money out of the bank. I had to wait until the next business day to enter the unit but it was no question as to me paying my fees. I also received a phone call to pay for another month of storage when I had already moved out. I would not recommend this facility.

Was given a unit...when I went to unload found that unit had a lock on it. Nobody at the rental desk seemed to know whether it was rented or not, or could figure out how to know. They gave me a second unit located in a much less desirable location without giving me any clue how to find this unit (this unit was not in the main rental building, and was actually in a building separate from the main Uhaul compound. NO explanation that I would not be able to use the drive up doors closest to my unit (there's no key pad for entry). The keypads are in the front of the building but I had to entry my code in two separate pads to gain entry. Again no explanation at any point. Unit has a rat trap inside? Not sure if that is from the last renter or if that means I should expect mice?

The storage unit I paid for and that has been registered to me since March 9 was suddenly classified as a John Doe unit. I was left a voicemail with no number to call back to verify my unit that I paid online with my name and unit number. I was then inconvenienced by having to rearrange my schedule and go to the unit to verify it was mine. The clerk that assisted me then took a cell picture of my drivers license and asked for my email address. If I have any problems with my identity I am going to an attorney. This is the worst customer service experience ever. And by the way I moved in March 9 and I am extremely unhappy with UHaul.

I paid for a storage the first time I came in and you all always say the first month is free now why would your staff do me like that ,I will never recommend anyone to you all because when I ask for my money back he refuse to give it to me, now I also have to pay for 2storages in March he just used me I will always inform everyone that you all don't wair name tags so if we need to speak to a boss we can't call your name, I will also inform everyone that you all don't sign the paper once we paid our money, you all are very, very,very,very,very poor business people.

People living in storage units . They even rented me one with some one living it. Also the special of rent a truck first month storage wasn't done. I had to make them do it when I rented 3 unit different time. Then to move out was horrible, asked day before why when i rented truck and moving service threw your web site. They were EXCELLENT. But uhaul told use it's at different uhaul, I need to switch the driver . They said you didnt need to just give my phone number . WRONG not only show license change account to him. Made him pay $122.00, he didnt have any credit cards with him. So THANK GOD my sister was out in the car. She paid. MY CREDIT CARD IS IN FILE . why didnt they use it. So another person is living 2 locker's down. I was by my self. 56 yr old white women. SCARED THE CRAP OUT IF ME. AGAIN. The first time I talked to upper management, they said that he had been working on fixing the problem. I said really they said they had no idea someone was living in the unit they rented me. I SAID WOW YOU REALLY DROPPED THE BALL. So now it happened again.you need to fix this. You are a nation wide company. REALLY. This is a news worthy store. So how will this be rectified???

We were in the new extension that was recently completed. The contractor was returning to reroof this new building. Our original unit had a pool of water. The manager immediately moved us to a unit with no roof problem.
