One of the employees was not quite “with it” on both days I was there. Wait time was pretty long. Overall, I would still use this location.

The mileage wasn't correct on our contract, and the link wasn't working to correct this, so we were told to take pictures before and after to prove our mileage. When we returned two hours later before closing, the employees that knew the link wasn't working were no longer there. I sent an email with our correct mileage to customer service, but we were still charged for 11 miles that we didn't drive. I have not heard back from customer service and have not been refunded for those miles.

The fuel level on the rental sheet, between 7/8 and 8/8) differed from the fuel indicator in the tank (6/8). To avoid confusion it should better match. Nevertheless I had no problem. They solved it at return without any comment. In total a very nice Crew that day. Friendly and positive attitude.

Of the three employees in the store, two weren't even pretending to wear masks for Covid-19 safety, the third was wearing it on her chin. Despite the fact that there is a mask mandate in effect in Tulsa, no employee asked any of the other six mask-less customers in the store while i was there to wear a mask. This location had previously been doing a good job with this stuff when i rented from them in May, not sure what's up, but it makes U-Haul look bad when people don't even try to take precautions.

Customer Service was excellent. The truck had issues. I've used Uhaul quite a bit. I understand most people treat the trucks badly, but almot every truck I get has some mechanical issue. At least thise time I know they are going to perform maintenance on this truck.

Extremely poor customer service,tow dolly was missing the latches to hold the ramps in place while in use,lights did not work on tow dolly. I filled out all paperwork online and still had to wait 35 minutes to be helped at desk. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to check me in when I brought it back.

Alwqys under staffed. I rent 3-5 times per month. I always have a long wait at the 61st and peoria location in tulsa ok.

When I drove off the lot, the gas was at 1/8 of a tank. I drove a total of 7 miles and returned the truck at 1/8 of a tank. The paperwork the lady gave me showed 3/4 of a tank of gas. I explained that it was at 1/8th of a tank and to look at the mileage. They informed me it was too bad and I should have filled out the text, which they never informed me of. They proceeded to charge 90 dollars to my card. I will be telling everyone this story and will NEVER use U-Haul again. The odometer does not lie. I was charge 90 dollars for driving 7 miles.

I have rented enclosed trailers from this location numerous times over the past year and am extremely pleased with my experience. The Manager, Julie, is so helpful and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

I was wrongly charged $45 for gas being lower than a quater tank. I went back to the store upon getting the email and they apologized and promised to refund my money to my credit card in 2-3 business days. Other than this, i hv no issues.

No employees were wearing masks. When picking up the uhaul, only one employee was working (this was a Saturday morning) and there was a long line of people waiting. The uhaul I reserved a week in advance was not at the location planned, and I had to downsize causing multiple trips. Not a good experience overall. They called the next day saying I hadn't turned in the uhaul (I turned it in before the time it was due). Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Received a call today stating that I had not returned the trailer and that I need to contact location. It consumed over 1 hour of my Sunday afternoon trying to resolve the issue. The trailer was returned about 2 hours after I rented but was not shown as checked in for almost 2 hours after it was returned.

The U-Haul had air-conditioning when I picked it up after My movers coming and loading it The air conditioning had gone out it only blue hot air deadly very very deadly and triple digit weather the heat was more than we can bear my daughter rode in the truck with her husband and she told me she thought she was going to die because there was no air-conditioning and she had just came out of the hospital from a surgery being sliced open five different places places The air conditioning had gone out it only blew hot air deadly very very deadly and triple digit weather the heat was more than we can bear my daughter rode in the truck with her husband and she told me she thought she was going to die because there was no air conditioning and she had just came out of the hospital from a surgery being sliced open five different places trying to get all the cancer😢😢😢😢 I called and ask for the manager yesterday they told me she would return my call and never never did but I did tell the assistant manager what I'm telling you. “I WANT A FULL REFUND”‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ASAP‼️ Even if the air conditioning was good but there was no cold air at all because of lack of servicing these trucks properly I was still over charge $20 for doing the drop box during the night and was not told there would be any up-charge for leaving the truck overnight‼️‼️ That was added on to my bill out of my account without any type of notice very very very bad business‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I am copying every word I speak in case I have to use this legally and trust me I will because we have many attorneys in my family‼️‼️‼️‼️ If the money isn't put back into my account ASAP as a full refund I will take further action I promise you that. I never never what are used U-Haul or any type of service in Oklahoma heart weather the hottest day of the year the news reporter said you couldn't hardly breathe it was that bad and there was no cool air but again I never would've used any type of service that didn't have air-conditioning. Even though they were aware ahead air when pulling out within a couple of hours of loading the truck and leaving my home in Tulsa and coming to my new home the truck was already loaded it was nothing we could do but again if the truck was serviced properly on a regular basis this would not of happened‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Thank you for your time and I hope and pray this gets to the proper person. Was instructed by customer service we could drop off at any location went to 5 locations before anyone would take it. Then waited in line for 20 minutes with one guy working and 2 woman sitting in the bag talking and giggling. The guy inside was having nothing but issues and had to keep going and asking for help. Have had nothing but bad service with uhaul.

We had a lock still on the back of our trailer in which we had to buy bolt cutters to get off because this store wasn't answering the phone to see if they had a key and had movers that were going to arrive in 10 minutes. Also, the trailer itself was not tightened down to the hitch. So one bad bump and we could've lost the trailer, we were not made aware of this until we returned the trailer 800 miles later.. very unhappy with this experience.

First of all let me say this. The staff of this place were wonderful and they have nothing to do with what I'm about to say next. When I got there they did not have a truck for me although I made a reservation almost two weeks prior. And I wasn't the only one who was in that predicament. Other stores sent people to the Peoria location to get trucks because they didn't have any either. I ended up getting a smaller truck than what I needed thank God! Because I had one day to move. I still had to make way too many trips! Also, there was no gas in the tank. Which is OK because I had to have something. I am really disappointed in you ha ha. I did not know that you all fell off like that. Honestly if I ever have to use a moving truck again I will go to an alternative moving company. I've use U-Haul every time I've move before and it has never been an issue.Instead of one trip I had to make way too many. And that took up way too much time. I did call to speak to the manager but she had left for the day. The employee I spoke with told me that my contract is on her desk and she will be getting back to me Monday morning. I do believe that she will take care of me.

I felt sorry for the guy working, he was the only one and he was very nice and was working 2, sometimes 3 customers at a time. Some people were getting frustrated over the little things and was very professional even when customers became short with attitude. I think you need another person to work the counter. 1 person and then 1 guy cleaning the equipment at that location seemed understaffed.

The lady I dealt with at checkin was very nice. She was very busy in morning but she took care of things with smile. Return was hectic, too many trucks and rental returning at the same time and everyone was busy and time of closing. But overall it was fine.

I made the reservation on line for 11:30 am, I did pre check in with DL because this was time sensitive move. I arrived at 11:15, didn't see anyone for 10 minutes. Then the guy helping couldn't find my reservation and had to start all over. We got the paperwork done and he was taking forever trying to figure out the safety chains. I ended up showing him. So now its 12:10 and I have been there almost an hour, the store wasnt busy either. Very frustrating experience.

Even though I came a week ago to reserve the truck it takes 30 minutes to go thru the process because of their computer systems. When I picked up the truck I had to spend 30 more minutes bec of the computer system and answering all the same questions again. It makes no sense and wastes lots of my time.

I have to say the only good part of this place was the nice young man that helped me! The amount of items that were damaged to to mouse and rat droppings was heartbreaking! Not worth the monthly rent!
