2 nd story storages are impossible to haul furniture up or down the stairs with no ramp the facility doesn’t provide a furniture dolly to do this! My husband fell from the dresser that slid down the stairs cause we were trying to haul it from the 2 nd floor to 1 st floor so yeah really need to put a ramp for the 4 cart dolly you offer to move stuff

Say that again.., no elevator? That's not possible.... Oh, but yes it is. There is no elevator. I have to take my things up stairs, no elevator... I've never experienced anything like this, why is there no elevator?
