The storage was big area was close staff was friendly but i after a few weeks in the storage my unit had roaches inside them I figured due to the fact it was outside but mainly because it was next to someone who had a storage full of junk behind us I’m not sure but I didn’t have roaches when I moved in

SHELAH F. | First ImpressionsThis facility is in a rough area of town with high security risks. Windows get smashed, people get robbed, people get shot and lots of gang activity. Not to mention the hours close sooner then listed due to the crime and area. I moved out over a year ago and when I asked how to close my account I was told to send an email which I did. It has been a year and several times I have called and notified that I left state and closed out before I left, yet you keep charging me. Everytime I talk to someone, they are new. The crime is so bad that staff don't stay long so obviously messages don't get passed down. I left my keys to my lock and everything when I moved in April 2022.
