Weather stripping on Driver side door was damaged prior to pickup at location. It had rained the night before, so the interior was wet. I picked up using the app before the location was open for the day so didn’t really have an expedient way to exchange the vehicle and had to leave with a soaking wet backside the entire way to my destination in near freezing temperatures. Maintenance of vehicles could be improved.

Staff was VERY helpful in a stressful situation. My son had a catastrophic engine failure 4 hours from home. With much help from the UHAUL staff I was able to quickly rent the tow dolly and get my son and his vehicle safely back home THAT NIGHT without a hitch... Actually a hitch was involved, but in a good way. THANKS SO MUCH to the local UHAUL team for helping me respond to this stressful and potentially costly and dangerous situation.

The vehicle was dropped off before the 24 hour time period. The personnel at the location did not check in the vehicle when it was returned. We ended up getting called the next day because their records showed that we still had the vehicle.

When they came to get there truck they hooked up the camper I was using and took it to broken arrow not only did they take the camper but my dog and cat were in it didn't find out where the camper was till late because they kept saying they didn't do it but video showed different so my animals had to stay in there all buy themselves in the freezing cold with no heat my cat is tramatized and sick who ever drove can't because all my stuff was all over and I had my daughters Christmas present a laptop hid in cargo area guess what lock broke and it's not there but the guy said they didn't take any thing kinda like they didn't take the camper and I didn't think at the time 1 of my batteries are gone too but I'm mostly worried about my cat they have never been alone expecially over night that was totally not cool I love my animals and as of right now she's not the same so I'm not happy

Key was not in lock box where it was suppose to be. Location was not open when door stated it should have been opened. Was not able to pick up my truck until about an hour after my pick up time. When a person finally showed up he was very nice.

List actual store phone numbers online instead of your awful 1-800 number. Had several issues with everything done through your customer service and them being able to pull any of it up at the store. When moving no one has time to deal with that kind of bs! I'd rather just deal with the store.

As I replied to my receipt email from UHaul, I am really embarrassed about how you people are working. I paid to rent a utility dolly, while there was no dolly from the first moment. However, in my receipt, you people charge me about missing a utility dolly which I even never used today. Indeed, I need to get back my money to rent a utility dolly. Please double check before you charge about any unnecessary and ridiculous your fault.
