Employee was not wearing a mask. They completely ignored all the information I filled out online for the reservation and had me tell them the info again, across the desk. Another employee was extremely put out that I asked to change the phone number on the account, but it took them about 5 seconds to actually do it. The last time I used this place, they locked up for the night and blocked in the truck that I was supposed to use. I was told by the store employee to just drive over the curb to get the truck out. I will not be using this place again, but I also have no plans to ever rent u-haul again if the employees face no consequences for failing to wear a mask and helping spread a pandemic that has killed my friends.ANDREW B.

I did an online check in so I wouldn't have to go in. The guy insisted that I had to go in. Said online checking didn't eliminate having to go in. I had to go through everything just like I had just walked in off the street. Had to pay again, upload my dri ers license again and had to pay again. Terrible experience. When I brought the trailer back, he told me I had to wait. He was washed a truck!GARY S.

I reserve a car hauler using online reservation. We have a corporate account. I reserved it at one location but when I arrived it was already assigned to another customer. They assured me this location had the trailer and sent me across town to pick it up. When I arrived, got to the counter to check in, they in fact did not have it. Fortunately the gentleman was able to set me up with something similar. This saved my day. I feel that if your system could communicate in real time between all locations this sort of thing would not happen and it would improve overall customer satisfaction. A couple of factors influenced my thoughts on the location: 1. The street corner this is located on is in a high-crime area, making me hesitant to leave my personal car into the evening. 2. I interacted with two employees. Both were helpful, one smelled like marijuana.Nicholas J.

My unit was broken into during business hours and the agent removed my insurance from my reservation without being asked to therefore eliminating them the insurance the agent remembered I should have had and I was told it was an error in their end and it would be corrected only to get a non sympathetic call from the GM telling me there was nothing to be done and it’s a loss I have to recover. There’s no security no one to run of solicitors sitting around watching you unload. I got this truck with little to no gas in it. Returned it on 3/4 full tank. I was told I would get a fuel credit but when o received the receipt I have been charged more for additional miles! Totally unacceptable and the return facility it literally a block from My house. So apparently my booking was put in short of the amount of miles I needed. I will be calling in tomorrow because someone owes me a refund for the gas I paid for and left in there. Plus the addition miles I was charged for.kiaana G.

The women at the pick up location were good. However when I traded in the truck adn got an oil warning light a young man checked the oil and said it wa fine. The next day I had the Roadside Assistance come and they discovered the oil was almost all the way out adn the anti freeze was empty. So the truck had NOT been maintained and checked out. The worst service, The worst follow up. The worst incompetence at every level at 2 dealer. These were u haul dealers not community dealers. The lack of training, The lack of customer service show the director failure of area manager the district manager and these stores managerrs. If you want to know anything about why I wrote this my number 918 892 7673 Due to lack of follow up to this point I fully don't expect any follow up. I was sent to the wrong location by your phone reservations center( a storage facility, not manned,no vehicles). Truck was fuel was not full, mileage on truck was misstated by 20,000 miles and rate was misquoted by phone center.Duke R.

The mileage wasn't correct on our contract, and the link wasn't working to correct this, so we were told to take pictures before and after to prove our mileage. When we returned two hours later before closing, the employees that knew the link wasn't working were no longer there. I sent an email with our correct mileage to customer service, but we were still charged for 11 miles that we didn't drive. The fuel level on the rental sheet, between 7/8 and 8/8) differed from the fuel indicator in the tank (6/8). To avoid confusion it should better match. Nevertheless I had no problem. Of the three employees in the store, two weren't even pretending to wear masks for Covid-19 safety, the third was wearing it on her chin. Despite the fact that there is a mask mandate in effect in Tulsa, no employee asked any of the other six mask-less customers in the store while i was there to wear a mask. This location had previously been doing a good job with this stuff when i rented from them in May, not sure what's up, but it makes U-Haul look bad when people don't even try to take precautions.Rick P.
