I had a storage on the fourth floor 4326. There was some type of leak from the air condition now or wear whatever he caused issues when I was trying to move out it kept catching the wheels of the carts that they provide when I will roll something that's kind of big it always catches the wheels even when you pull up the blue little thing that they had down to catch the witness your items still caught some part of the yellow buckets. Other than that right there that was very inconvenient and what I feel does inconsiderate especially when you have folks moving out how to come up with a better job of catching whatever water whatever is it that they're having. The staff is always nice respectful and ready to help but that's part right down the fourth floor what a water leak that that bring your score down for me have a blessed day

Maybe don't charge customers when YOU'VE made a mistake. Perhaps waiting 2 WEEKS to pick up the ubox for return isn't great for business. I want all of my fucking money back right the fuck now. I can't wait to never have to communicate with you people again. Thanks for literally nothing :)

I was appalled by my recent Uhaul experience. I made a reservation 3 months in advance, confirmed my truck 3 times ahead of picking it up on 5/27. We showed up to our location for mobile pickup at 8:30AM to then be told to wait until the store opened at 10AM. When the store opened, they told us our truck wasn't at location and showed me the updates they received on their end, but I did not receive a single update indicating my truck was at a different location. We arrived at the new location to be told they did not have a reservation for us. They were not helpful in trying to find our truck, and after talking to no less than 7 customer service reps over the span of 2.5 hours, I was finally put in touch with a manager who could actually help. I was furious about the amount of hoops I had to jump through as I prepared for my move well in advance. Because of the delay in getting our truck 3 hours late, our movers started the clock and we burned an entire hour due to your truck mishap…. I am beyond disappointed with our moving experience with uhaul

The BRAKES were horrible. 30 mins into the drive the brakes began to sound like they were being ripped from the truck. Mental against mental. I was so afraid I wasn't going to be able to stop a few times. Also, there was a oily substance in the truck on the floor. We slips and slides the whole time. Also, some of the substance got onto my mattress. The truck was a nightmare. Never Ever again.

My problem is not with the Peter's St location. My problem is that my equipment was not ready at 8 am at the location I had booked. I arrive, a truck is there, but neither my app nor online will let me book, telling me I have to wait until 11 am when the location opens. I had movers scheduled to arrive at my house at 9. After finding zero support online, I called Uhaul reservation to find I had a 30 minute wait before I was called back only to be told I would have to go to another location (peters st) to get equipment. Once there I STILL couldn't rent via my app since it was asking for my lease (I own), my passport (I don't carry it around with me on a move day), an employer call (it is the weekend), or a third party (really?). Thus, already late, now renting further than I had planned, I now have to wait for three renters in front of me to check out. So while there is an offer of $50 if my rental is not made on time, no such consideration was provided on my check in. At the very least, I should have been contacted the day before to let me know I needed to reschedule instead of the mad scramble I endured the morning I should up at my expected rental location.

Nobody greeted us. When the young lady walked I spoke to her she didn't say anything just went and sat at the desk. She was very rude anytime you was gonna say something she would cut you off. Everything seemed to get on her nerves. I understand hard work days but what about customer service. I couldn't come back here because I don't have to deal with the attitudes.

The location is not great. Appears to be in a not-so-nice part of town. They were supposed to call me back to answer my questions but never did. Tried to reach the location by phone but only got customer representatives somewhere around the world. The door to my storage appears to be damaged. Looks like it was previously forced open. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the folks at Peters St were great. I will never go to the Candler Road location again. They were of no help you should close that location. After reserving a car hauler online. Arrived to the Candler Road location to learned that the car hauler was broken and they didn't have another and could not would not even try and find another at another location. poor customer service.

If the customer has a roadside assistance you need better communication so the customer can get an adjustment without having to go and tell them what happened no should be document on their files about the issues that they have in the timeframe should be readjusted especially if they just pick the truck up.

Inconvenient hours, short timers on the lights, and when I went to empty my storage, I found that mice had gotten into my locker and defecated/urinated on my belongings, the management staff was alright, but I would not recommend using them for anything short of buying boxes or renting a truck.

The staff was amazing! The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this location is that I know I did not like that I did not like not having 24 seven access to my things when it really mattered. Also I think there should be some sort of prorated refund. Because of me not being aware of the limited access slowed down me getting out of the unit before the start of the next billing cycle. Lesson learned to read the small print. I did see a sign that said ask for after hours access but that was not granted.

Overall the employer and employee are very polite and patient. The only thing that I suggest is that just because we as customers have access to the facility with a key card still need to be checked for ID to know that the person that is going into the storage unit is the person name matches the information on the contract. Why it's a concern because all of my things was stolen out of my unit from a friend of the family that was living with me and I discovered all my things was stolen of my unit after I came to the facility after paying for a truck that I didn't need after hiring a locksmith to cut the lock off to discover my unit was empty which I lost all the way around money and all of my valuable possessions and renting a uhaul just if the person that I asked to open the door after the lock was broken then I wouldn't had to pay for a truck at all but they insisted I had to have a truck to remove my things which I agreed because I didn't discovered I had no keypad until that day. Sorry I went long winded. Just be mindful to check the ID'S WHEN A RENTER IS MOVING OUT OF A UNIT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT MATCHES WHAT IS ON THE CONTRACT BECAUSE IF THAT HAD BEEN DONE IN THE BEGINNING IT'S NO WAY THAT ALL OF MY VALUABLE HEIRLOOMS WOULD HAVE BEEN STOLEN OUT OF MY UNIT AT ALL THIS IS MY BIGGEST CONCERN OVERALL I HOPE AND PRAY THAT YOU PUT THIS YOUR NUMBER #1 RULE HIGHLY MAJOR SUGGESTION INTO CONSIDERATION!!!. THANK YOU FOR BEING CONSIDERATE AND OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS. SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER AGAIN AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS FOR BEING PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL. I hated where my unit was. All the way around several corners and up a flight of stairs. I got lost everytime. The map did not help! Also the door handle was rusty and door misaligned so I ended up slicing my finger open one day trying to close the door.

Peters street is the worst u haul storage facility I have ever been to you guys have the nerve to block the parking spaces with crates knowing that we're trying to come in and get access to our storage units there should be no reason why there's no place to park inside of the garage the workers there are also very inconsiderate and uncaring I actually removed all my things and found another storage unit because of how horrible you guys treatment was toward myself and other it customers who I seen arrive on January 1st

I called the local facility and was misinformed on the available space. I was told that there were no vacancies. I look online and found a space and immediately booked it. I called back not knowing by this time I was speaking to the call center at this point, to inform them I was 20 minutes away and was informed that I would be able to move in immediately. I drove directly to the facility only to discover it was closed and again I was misinformed. We had additionally rented a truck to move the items that was not at expiration point however still full of our items. We left the truck on the property so we would not continue being charged and called the next day to explain the situation. We then were not offered any sympathy however rudely informed we must vacate the truck so it could be used for another renter and any thing else would have to be taken up with cooperate cause they were not the ones who told us we could move in. The customer service from local and call center was/is horrible and this storage time is desired to move faster just to avoid any other situations.

It's low average for me. As to not only l was paying for damage insurance to the storage for my items to sit in there. But some how not thinking mice was there too after l started going through my things to put on the cart. I notices dropping an foam from my cooler rip up in different places books , pillows , rip opening from my sofa. Foam piece all over the storage l have pictures an video to prove it. In a short period of time it was only in there for a month an the mice are disrespectful to people things. l see as if they was throwing a party because the janitor was gone home an what's the point of having mice trap at the corner of the enter the lid is upside down on top of the bottom half of the container. How u post to catch them from the box that way.

The key card doesnt always work and so do the pin numbers. It was hassle getting it open to access to my storage and the design is too weird there should be a ramp for carts not stairs.

Upon retrieving my items from my storage unit I notice all of my belongings had Rat/Mouse feces all over them. I did not keep food in the unit at all. All of my property was destroyed and had to be thrown out. Clothes, shoes, dressers, bed, TV stands, TV, college frames/posters all destroyed by rodents. The staff was fine and helpful, but the quality of the unit is horrible. Thousands of dollars in the trash just by choosing this lock up.
