MARK JHave chairs for customers to sit in. When I was there the associates were having computer issues and the computer system was very slow. Not the associates fault. The associates were trying their best and kept apologizing for the system.

ANTHONY WThe truck wasn’t clean at all! Cigarette dropping in the cup holder and the driver side seatbelt is broken. At time I felt the truck would stall. Best part of this experience is the assistance from the clerk inside this location. He was very helpful and got me in and out in a few minutes.
SHAWNTAE' SEverything was great. Only improvement was that there was a large black grease spot in the trailer which transposed onto a piece of cargo. Please ensure that trailers are thoroughly clean so customers cargo isn't ruined. Otherwise, customer service was exceptional and we will recommend to other people. Thank you.

John VBeyond angry with this transaction. The pick up was flawless, the gentleman was kind and respectful, but the return guy, stocky white gent, beanie and glasses, did not get up for the return process. Just took the keys and said “bye” fun fact, but husband worked for uhaul and I know how this goes and that is not it, we also got charge very weirdly for blankets (2 whole 6 packs?! UM WHAT?!?! and a UD neither of us ordered nor used since we own a shop and have many of our own. Seems to me the guy behind the counter wanted to just scam us out of as much money as possible. And I want someone to contact me and refund me for these fraudulent charges, he never went over the mileage, NOTHING!

SHAUNTAE CHave equipment available in the city requested and not force people to drive 45 miles to get a truck. I-Haul used to bring equipment to the reserved location and have it ready. I had to go to multiple locations to get what I needed.

RUSSELL CTruck had a check engine light on. Staff was notified.
CHRISTIAN AFix or junk this old trailer. Running lights were not all working and it was nearly impossible to hitch and unhitch, loaded or empty. Had no jack; and the exterior wrap that had covered the original finish was cracked and peeling. Leaked on my stuff. I've rented several others with no negative experience. This was the worst.

WILLIAM WEverything was smooth. However, just fill the tank all the way up bc I filled it back to where it was and got charged for gas anyways. It was only 8 bucks but whatever. Mentally noted. Also not sure why i got charged for insurance when I have my own policy
STEPHANIE SWorst experience ever. Moved the location and style van the morning of pickup. Dirty van that smelled like smoke and a barn. Van had transmission issues and faulty tires and sensors for tires. Going with another rental agency in the future.

FRANK RWhen I reserved the rental online I put no to insurance coverage but when I got to location they charged me for insurance I didn't need by the time I noticed it I had already paid i wasn't even ask did I need coverage customer service is not that good at this location

CHRISTOPH SI appreciate the courtesy of the staff members every time I needed there assistant. The location was safe and never had any issues. The only problem was when the gate came down on my roof of vehicle. The gate sensors were not working properly when leaving the premises. That should be address because it would cause damage to my vehicle. If I did not react quickly and backed up, it did hit the top of my rack of my vehicle thank God it wasn’t the hood of my SUV; otherwise there would have been damage or injuries. I was very pleased during my time at this location. For future reference, please check on the sensors going out of the gate.

TIFFANY SThe manager was rude, the equipment was not up to the standard yall advertised. It had a flat tire,the cause me to delay my trip. Went i went back to the rental store, another manager or an assistant have an attitude like is was my fault the equipment wasn’t inspected properly and give to me as it should. Have an horrible experience with yall and i will let people i know no to go to that store at the very least.
EDWARD PPick up was great! Drop off we stood there for 10 minutes while the clerk talked to another man about nothing U-Haul related. He didn’t even acknowledge us.
TAMMY LThe truck was awful. Drove and sounded horrible, and automatic truck, and it wouldn't shift up at times. Would stay revving up and not shift gears , was afraid to even take it on high way, should have offered me a discount or another truck. Very disappointed and wont go back to uhaul

We were told to return the next day, but we both had work. As a result, we had to store the big truck at the condo community and head over Saturday. When we arrived, the staff did not know how to book storage, but took the time to call and find out. Not their fault, but a frustrating experience for us.
