I was falsely accused of damaging the moving truck. The lady was rude, accusatory and extremely unprofessional. They have been unprofessional, over whelmed and understaffed on a couple of different occasions in the past. I will never use this location again and while vehemently discourage others from going there as well

Every time I rent U-Haul is there which is very very often all the employees are very courteous and professional and you can look at my past few years always rent from that store thank you Roy

The women who work at this store are horrible! They have no customer service skills are argumentative and only want to defend themselves instead of helping the customer! The older gentleman was very nice and respectful.

Fees are charged for returning late. Entertain the idea of giving a credit or coupon for rentals that are returned early.

Equipment was returned after hours.

Clean vehicles had old blood in truck from previous use

The drop off was a perfect place and we were fine with it.

They tried to charge me for 2 day insurance when I only had a 4 hour rental. Also (because the movers I used from the Uhaul site were late, and I returned the truck 30 min behind), they tried to charge a late charge.

Everyone was professional from start to finish

I go between Penske and U-Haul a lot over the years. However my service I received in this trip was beyond great. Chantelle really made it more personal with laughs and overall made my stressful moving situation more enjoyable (and honestly I don’t know anyway else to put it ) She has a smile, great service, and goes above and beyond to make sure you know what you’re signing. I enjoyed this experience so much that I am now a die hard U-Haul fan. Thanks for the great experience.

Customer service was great!

Nice people at this location. Truck was clean but mechanically was pretty rough. Check engine light was on. Also didn’t like company policy of not accepting my personal insurance or my credit card (both having rental insurance built in). Had to buy their insurance or nothing.

The young lady was really helpeful, she was pleasant.

Vehicle was given to me clearly not inspected or cleaned. Several areas of damage I had to point out. Fuel gauge was incorrect compared to paperwork. Truck bed was full of sand and dirt. Explained it all to the lady who was very accommodating. However when I returned the vehicle I was then charged for cleaning the vehicle due to all the dirt they failed to clean out before renting it to me. Was told they would refund the cleaning fee but that has yet to happen according to my bank. Unfortunate cuz I’ve used them for years and never a complaint.

There needs to be trailers jacks on the trailers. One reason, trailers should not be connected to vehicles after they have been loaded due to the fact. The weight loaded towards the front of the trailer weakens springs and shocks. The trailers should be able to be disconnected from vehicles. Number two reason, save the backs of the employees who have to lift up the trailers to connect them to vehicles. There should be a hand cranked jacks on the trailers instead of having to lift them straight from the ground.
