I was not pleased by the way Management took care of a valued customer. I've rented from this location numerous times as well as other locations. Instead dropping the trailers off at the equipment drop off, I drive the trailer back to a designated parking space and back it in for the attendant so they don't have to wheel it back by hand. Usually trailer rentals are 24 hours. I rented mine for 8 hours. I returned it an hour late and got charged another day rental for it. I rented it from 8-4, returning it at 5. No one was gonna rent this trailer before they closed at 7. I feel like it was a disservice as a valued customer to charge me am extra day rental for an hour, regardless on what the contract stated. I've rented this trailer at least 30 times in 6 years. This is the ONLY time I've been billed for 2 days for being an hour late. No one was waiting on this equipment nor was I called to ask me where this equipment was at and when was I returning it. I would really like for Management to rethink how they treat customers that frequently rent their products. I ask for a reconsideration of the 2nd day rental and Management stated I was late and according to the contract I was billed for such that. So charged a 2 day rate for a 9 hour rental.....doesn't seem right to me!PARNELLLARRY C.

Rented for 24 hours. Dropped truck off early with keys in drop box provided next to the sign that said to leave trucks here. I filled the tank to half as it was when I rented it and drove the whole half a mile to the UHAUL. Checked the gauge again. On the line for half. This morning I get emailed a receipt that includes $12 plus charge for 3 gallons of gas. AND a $20 charge for overnight processing fee. No one processed anything over nite. Pretty good scam considering there were 7-8 trucks at the drop point when I got there. No other UHAUL center does this crap. I'd rather carry stuff by hand, walking 10 miles bear-foot in a snow storm that rent from here againernest H.
Everything was excellent, friendly, clean, efficient. Just very expensive compared to some other options. Would recommend to my younger friends who can do all the work themselves. Otherwise, great service and great truck!ALLANROGERS C.

Rental truck was unsafe to drive. Serious steering problems. Had to drive slower to maintain control. Caused me to be late on return . As soon as I walked in the store I wasn't even greeted by who I found out to be The general manager Chauntel Hughes .Apparently she was a little too distracted by what was going on on her cell phone.I stood there quietly and waited for her to finish. Then instead of saying like most companies how are you doing today or at least some type of friendly greeting."What do you need" doing the write-up process she was extremely rude for no reason... seriously I completely understand that it was first thing in the morning but to have such an attitude with your customers it's just completely uncalled for. I'm a business owner and have been in customer service for over 20 years. She's a terrible representation of your business and I highly recommend that you secret shop this location. The truck was dirty and they charge me for the dolly that I did not rent nor used at all. It just happened it was already inside the truck and they make me pay for breaking the green seal when there was no seal to begin with. Shame on them. They dont trust their costumer that well. I called them to clarify that i did not rent nor use the dolly but still made me pay for it.Christian D.

They went above and beyond!!! I was having problems getting the trailer off the hitch. It was after hours but the manager sent someone to assist me. Which he was able to get off in two seconds (apparently you should lift from the middle, not by the ball). Very friendly staff. I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs a U-Haul.Linda D.

The mobile system did not work when I arrived to pick up the truck. I ended up having to go inside to complete my pickup and was informed by the employee assisting me that they were experiencing a lot of that problem yesterday morning. The same happened when I returned the truck, unfortunately the location was closed, therefore I was unable to go inside to complete my truck return. I had no means of returning the truck today once the location opened, so I took the picture of the odometer and has gauge, emailed it and dropped the key in the drop box. I don't think it's fair for me to be charged a $20 service fee because the companies mobile service was faulty. The last time I rented a truck was before the mobile service was initiated and I returned the truck following the procedure that I followed last night without a fee. It's not fair that a system designed to make things more convenient for customers end up costing us more money because it doesn't work. I would like a full refund of the $20 after hours drop off fee. I didn't like how you scanned my personal information and how you no longer could except my own car insurance.RHONDA G.
I was given a key and the associate walked to a truck. However, it was a different truck than the one that was on one contract. I did not realize the error until I tied to return it using the after hours, uhaul.com/share app. Because I had the wrong truck, none of the info matched up. I spent a ridiculous amount of time on hold with customer service and tech services. After 90min of trying to return the truck, I called back customer service to let them know again the issues and was told to lock key in truck and she would document the problem with the drop off location. I was delayed 1 1/2 trying to return the truck after an exhausting 6hr. move then a 200mile drive to MD afterwards. Please have more reps to shorten hold times and implement alternatives to the return process if there's an error/mistake/issue.TRACYDANIELS P.

The vehicle I used had animal hairs all over the seats and an animal smell. I didn't have time to switch out the vehicle because I didn't want to arrive late to the store to pick up my merchandise; which is why I rented the van. I have bad allergies to animal dander & hairs.. I don't think the vehicle was properly sanitized according to CDC standards prior to assigning it to me.. so I simply drove with the windows open and mask on during my use..
