Perhaps not falsify documents claiming that I didn't refill the gas tank when I spent $7 on 3 gallons after traveling a mere total of 5 miles so that you guys could avoid refunding me the price of the dolly I didn't use by charging me $8 for 2 gallons of gas. Where in the hell are you buying gas for $4 per gallon in the Toledo, Ohio anyways?!

I reported the trailer light problem, as a safety concern. I was not treated with respect that I knew what I was talking about. It was blown off as not a big deal. It is a big deal as lights are required and are a safety aspect that must be addressed. The problem needs to be corrected and repaired before this trailer is allowed on the road again.

First when I tried to return my equipment during open store hours @6:30p on the same day of rental once I arrived Mariah informed me they were already closed and her drawers were closed out. This location closed at 6:45 on this day when sign say 7pm. Then I come to pick up my refund and I'm charged for furniture pads that I DID NOT use. I think she charged me for them because she was very rude the night before as she was upset I showed up after she closed the store early because “she was tired, had been there all day and was ready to go home” per her telling me this herself. And I informed her I was going to leave a review she (Mariah) told me “so what go right ahead, how about I give you a review”. This was very unprofessional and I will inform my friends and family not to use this company and or this location. Now if the store wasn't close 30mins early the truck could have been checked in when I arrived and I wouldn't have received an extra charge because clearly I didn't use any furniture pads. I moved bags and boxes didn't need any furniture pads if I would've I would have purchased them before hand as I did the insurance. I returned the equipment as I was done with it during store hours only to have your employee be rude nasty and unhelpful because I showed up as she closed store 30min early. Lights were getting shut off as I was still sitting in parking lot at 6:45pm. Mariah needs a customer service class since she clearly doesn't know how to issue great costumer service and maybe shorter hours since she is so tired of working allday so the store and remain open for other customers till time listed on door for your operating hours. Because clearly this location closes at 6:30 per the store manager Mariah if she is even manager as she stated. If she is your manager you clearly need to hire better help. I have never experienced this type of terrible service and had to pay for equipment that wasn't used. Very disgruntled customer.

Waited for 30 minutes to get check in to recieve my truck after the truckshare 24/7 website not working. When I finally recieved my truck there was very little gas in it to the point where the emergency gas light was on. I have had much better luck when I rent from penske.

We had to pick up at a secondary location. Not a big deal. We did have to wait for them to put new tires on the trailer. Should have called us in my opinion and told us when it was ready.

I was standing in line for at least ten minutes directly in front of the rep and was not greeted by anyone. Not a bad experience but not the best.

Answer questions in a timely fashion, not ignore customers waiting in front at the desk, include the prepaid reserved extra moving supplies, not have it take nearly an hour to pick up their rental truck after doing all of the online pre-registration the day before.

I was a little taken back when the clerk used his personal phone to take a picture of my drivers license. That made me feel uncomfortable and I wonder why Uhaul isn't providing employees with devices to do this work. Also, when I checked the truck in the kind gentleman was using his cell phone as well when checking me in.

3 team members with no masks being worn. Team member had trouble with electronic equipment so he took a picture of my license with his personal phone. Needed the trailer so questioned the act and they said it was private but had no proof......continued but won't be back.

The app is supposed to be "quicker" and avoid the need to go inside the store, in my opinion. It took way too long to complete the rental process on the app and I ended up having to go inside for the keys. It's like using a "pay at the pump" to pump your gas so as to fill and fly....but when it asks you to print a receipt, it say "see cashier"

The only thing that wasn't to my liking was the fact I reserved my truck for pickup in swanton at the facility I had a storage unit at, uhaul Confirmed my request. Then, half hour later advised my I'd be having to pick up my rental 15 miles out of my way instead! Also that I must return the truck where I picked it up from- essentially adding 30 miles to my rental! Unacceptable!

Everyone was helpful but no one at the Toledo location wore a mask. I commented on the fact that no one was wearing a mask. They told me they take them off frequently and they were not worried about COVID 19 so it was not a big deal. As a customer it made me very uncomfortable to be in the store area with them.

Fix your no contact system i still could not check in because your system could not find my location. The 2 employees i dealt with had covid violation's (no masks,hand off employee computer,face to face interaction with customer). Your system is late on fallow through i had a 9am check in that last minute was changed to 9:30 i arrived at 9:20 to a lot of confusion my reservation disappeared from your system. Then i recieved a e mail to pick up at a different location. Then u double booked my reservation. I could not go to other location because my ride already left. So a hour and 15 minutes after my reservation time i did finally get my 26 footer that had a idiot light on so had to go back in to your covid violation employees and she documented it WOW. And to hurry things along i took a hand held computer to the person out side. And i still had to return the truck by 9:30 the next morning. Not Happy...

The trailer itself did not fit my needs. I rented a 6x12 trailer, however I was not able to fit my cargo that was 5.5 ft wide due to the ramp/gate not being the full 6 ft as advertised.

I called and the online agent did not have the size that I needed so they said that I could get the bigger truck for the same size as the smaller truck I needed. Ok great. I was not informed that there was a .99 cents a mile but ok no big deal have tot make money. But because of the bigger truck I spent almost $200 in gas so all in all for us ing a truck for just over 24 hours it cost me $700. That was a by no means acceptable.

All my stuff were damaged, incurring huge loss to my family. I rent 3 U-Haul trucks, traveling thousands miles to move my belongings just to find out they were all damaged by awful rain water. We were told by UHaul Cust Svc to pick up at 5Pm. The staff unaware of the appt and unenthusiastic about helping us. 2 hrs later we left with the box. Poor comm between Uhaul Cust Svc and loc ofc.
