I had difficulty trying to locate the after hours key drop-off box. It took me a long time to figure out as it was blended in the paint/design next to the main entrance. The app showed an orange drop-box but the location did not have the box or the design of the box resembling the one displayed in the app.

1.My appointment had to be rescheduled twice because of Technition’s personal unavailability 2. I was there to wait during installation, which should have taken an hour and a half, two hours max, for 3 hours! Your surveillance video cameras and waiting room monitors allowed me to watch your technician wandering around the service area aimlessly, no sense of direction or urgency . 3. The information I had given when I placed my order/appointment was ignored(size of ball, hiegth of ball/hitch to accommodate my trailer, and electrical connection haphazardly installed and dragging on the ground) and had to be pointed out and corrected. I had to go buy and install my own bumper mounted trailer electrical jack because I was told you don’t do that. I thought I’d be saving myself a hassle by having U-Haul install my hitch. I was wrong.

Booked for 6am, supposed to be able to get the keys using online instructions, forgot to put keys in spot so had to come back at 7am when the office opened. Did try to make right with a discount, which we appreciated.

Quite the experience. Picked up truck and got on expressway. 3 minutes into trip and flashing for windshield smashed against driver side window and almost broke it. When I got out I noticed it had been originally taped down. Also noticed that vehicle speedometer was almost 25 miles an hour off. When I was going what I thought was 50 I noticed I was passing cars and front of truck was shaking. I thought this was strange so I used my phone gps which has speed on it and it said I was going 75. I brought both issues up when I gave truck back but overall this was a deathtrap waiting to happen and should be inspected more closely before giving to customer. Been here before and never had an issue. This time not as impressive .

Had to go to three different locations to get a car hauler. I had a reservation made and it kept getting moved. Wasted over an hour just driving around dealer with haul works. Until this location. Where they were helpful, one employee did the paper work while the other helped attach the trailer. Since we were in a rush.

the staff was friendly I have used this location before however, on saturday sept 28 I did the online check in which is supposed to make the check in faster. Due to computer issues at the office it took almost 45 minutes to check in and get the truck, which made me late for my movers and I had to pay them 1/2 to just sit in my driveway waiting for me. When I returned the truck the computer system was still slow but not quite as bad.

It would be helpful to have a jack on the tongue of the trailer so it would be easier to take it off the trailer Hitch of the truck. I have a bad back and it would have been easier to take the hitch of my truck Thank You??

Please clean the inside before you rent them. Our front windshield window on the inside was disgustingly dirty.

I only have a couple of expectations when renting a truck. One. That everything works. Two. That I can get everything in one load. Neither expectation was met. The air conditioning did not work. (The blower did not work) . The truck is advertised as a 15' truck. My expectation was I could fit 6 - 4x4 pallets in this truck. The inside of the truck should be 150 square feet and I needed 96 sq. ft. It can't be done. Gas take nozzle bump on the inside drivers rear and a dolly on the left side rear. Considered wasted space. If nothing else, remove the dolly unless a rental required it.

I called to make reservations for a truck and they told me that they were out of trucks so I called the 1-800 number and they told me sure they have trucks

We were told by UHaul Cust Svc to pick up at 5Pm. The staff unaware of the appt and unenthusiastic about helping us. 2 hrs later we left with the box. Poor comm between Uhaul Cust Svc and loc ofc.
