CHRISTOPHER BI absolutely hated the van. I am not one for a vehicle where the dashboard is low as hell and the windshield makes you feel unsafe. The cage separation thing is more of a block to see. Customer service was great cuz that fan sucked I never want to drive one of those again if I get chosen one of those I will immediately turn it down

DUANDEE DI will drive out of the way and pay the extra mileage just to be able to use this location. Staff is always helpful and I never have to worry about there not being a truck or being overcharged.

VALERIE WOne of the ramp fasteners was not aligned making it hard to open and close. Otherwise, the trailer was excellent.
CHRISTOPHER SMileage was incorrect on odometer. A 4,000 mile discrepancy existed between paperwork and actual mileage on odometer.
TIMOTHY FThe staff was outstanding. However, the computers were so out of date that they kept glitching making my time in the store unnecessarily long. Also, the terminals for credit cards are outdated. They do not allow for the most current form of transactions.

CHERYL RUpon arrival the latch was not connected to the door. After entering storage unit I found that all my furniture was wet and moldy. When I moved from unit 37 ( because 37 was rusted out and needed repair work) I said to the assistant manager is unit 29 safe and has it been repaired , because last fall I could not enter 37 because from 27-37 there was a major flood of water. He said everything had been repaired. I moved that furniture from 37 to 29 at the end of May. We had several down pours of rain in June and July. Unit 29 has leaks and caused over $2000 of brand new furniture to be destroyed. You manager Jessica said it was nothing that she can do about it and was not sympathetic nor caring about my lost. I demand to talk to someone about this situation. Not happy Diana
Diana S | Overall ExperienceThe employees at this location are top notch! Personable, kind, and respectful. After I turned in my rental back to Uhaul, an employee called me and told me I left my wallet under the seat (I was looking for it every since I got home that day) and that it'll be there in the morning for me. Honorable staff, I'm gonna need to rent again in the future and this is where I'll be going. The only down side was the vehicle had a mild smell of cigarette smoke. If there isn't already, there needs to be an additional fee for someone smoking in the rental. It's for everyones use, not just one person.
CLAY RTraveled 15 miles round trip and was charged for 3 gallons..when I called to ask if the truck actually gets 5 miles per gallon the person on the phone instead of trying to help me understand how it is a 15 mile trip generates a 3 gallon charge took offense and offered no answers ..seems like a pretty good question and one worth answering or looking into.

KIMBERLY AA refreshing change from the last time that I did business here. This location is close to my home, so I reserved the trailer for the convenience of being close. I fully expected to be treated like crap, the way that I was the last time here, but this time the lady was friendly, nice and professional. I believe her name was Jess.

DANNY DAccidently left an item in the vehicle. Called the first thing next day and woman quickly recovered my lost item. She was wonderful!

ALEXANDER WThe uhaul app was not working so I had to go inside to get my trailer. The uhaul POS was also working very slowly for the employee and it took at least 10 to 15 minutes to input all of my information. The employees were great, however.

So get insurance and be safe than sorry.
