I got several calls I had not returned the trailer I rented, when I in fact had. It got resolved when U-haul found they indeed had the trailer in their possession. This has happened before and makes me question U-Haul's process and accountability. Unlikely to rent again.

The manager on that site was very rude to me and my wife we paid for the day and we're gonna have to use the truck a couple more hours I was fine with hanging other day the manager called me and said he wanted his truck now because he had other people how to get into it hung up the phone on me twice very disrespectful how could you put a manager in that position the way he talks to customersI spent 15 years in the military 10 years in Iraq fighting for my country and I got some little punk that probably got picked on all the time growing up I think you can talk to grown man like he's crazy it's not right and you'll need to do something about it

I shouldnt have to wait for 15 minutes behind a customer filling out the paperwork to rent something when I did all mine online. There was only 1 desk clerk and he made no effort to call anyone else to help him. Moral seems low here.

there was only one person running the show and had to split time between us and another customer making it take quite a while to actually get the vehicle. I found the rule that you need a DL card to rent frustrating. I had recently renewed my DL as required by law and was waiting on my card to come in the mail and only had the paper that I was issued so I had to change everything over to my friend. Had he not been there, I would have been in trouble. Feel like this could have been presented better up front.

Well the rental was shaking after 45miles but a little and brake making some noise but otherwise was good

The safety chains came undone when the trailer came off the ball on the highway. Only the emergency brake chain held the trailer to the truck. The trailer swerved left to right on a busy highway covering three lanes. It was only due to my husband's experience with trailers that we avoided an accident. The roadside assistance was useless in an emergency. I am traumatized by the experience.

The workers were not careful and damaged my SUV. They released the trailer and it rammed into my vehicle. I was in the vehicle and felt the impact. It broke the light on the rear of my vehicle. Overall this was a terrible experience.

Staff was not welcoming, nor seemed to care about the customer. I walked in and approached the counter (no line, nor no other customers). After approaching the front desk, the lady behind the counter seemed to ignore me. After 10 secs, I had to start the conversation off with "Hey, how are you doing today?" She said "Good, how are you?" (head down, zero eye contact). I said i'm here to drop off a dolly, and she said, OK - go back out and a gentleman will be there to help you (again, not even looking at me). The guy outside who approached me after a few mins wasn't the most outgoing/helpful either. Seemed like i caught him on a bad day. The experience at this location was completely on the other side of the spectrum from the experience i had at the location in Raleigh.

We Waited For About 30 Minutes Outside To Be Helped By Someone After Renting A Truck, I Wanted To Make It Before They Charged Me For 2 Days But Since They Were Taking So Long To Help Me Out To Pay For The Rental I Had Went Inside The Store And They Charged Me The 2 Days And So I Had Spoke To The General Manager At The Location But He Couldn't Do Nothing About It And To Top It All Off The Guy Who Helped Me Out With The Truck Mileage And Gas He Gave Me A Bad Attitude, This Is The First Time I've Had A Bad Experience At This Location With A Worker I Rent Trucks From This Location Every 2 to 3 Weeks Whoever is Reading This Can Even Check My Record There.

I was charged 2 days of rental and I only the trailer one day. I then called U-Haul after waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone I explained my situtation to some who then transferred me to someone else who then transferred me to Dan who was very rude in the middle of my explanition said there was nothing he could do .

The staff were all terrific. Particularly the guy at the counter, who appeared to be manning the counter alone on a busy Saturday. He was checking in multiple customers as well as fielding queries on the phone, and it was a stressful situation but he maintained his professionalism. What a terrific job of multitasking.

The lady who checked me in was rude, condescending and would not take the time to answer questions. She responded to one issue to go rent at another location. I had an issue with the rate and total being quoted. When I presented my reservation she said I don't care about your reservation. The situation became heated and I told her to back away. A gentleman came to intervene, had to tone her down. He took over. I rented a vehicle at this location in 2011. The place is still an aweful experience compared to Enterprise Trucks. The check in process made me feel like a criminal in asking for Emergency Contact and actually calling them to verify. I had to give 3 contacts because the other 2 did not answer, they were in church. A miserable experience

It took a long time for the personnel to even help. They charged an extra day for our truck when it was returned on time and on the correct day. I emailed to have this corrected and still have no response. They also stated the gas was lower than it actually was. We filled the gas to the half tank which is how we received it and they marked it down as less which resulted in a $40 refuel charge. Will never recommend this place.

Classic scenario where the right hand didn't know the left hand had already done. Got there and Gloria asked for my information, tried to charge me another fee for the storage that I had already paid for over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to must have been new as he answered the phone telling me to hold on he was dealing with another, possibly irate, customer. I appreciate the 30days free. Maybe you all should give me another 30days for the inconvenience of having to provide info that was, or should have already been, in their database about my reservation.

Was not happy with the truck we rented it had a bad order of a Dead animal. When nobody bothered to to clean or sanitize. And then the representative ask us if we wanted the protection plan and I said NO and was still charge. I call 3 time no manager bother to call... so no I'm not happy with the move...

No clear directions. People were moving in and out and the person directing me to where I was supposed to go was pointing me straight into traffic. He kept trying to get me to go around to some random place in the parking lot until another person ran up saying they needed my trailer, so he would just take it off right there at the equipment return area. No clue why he wasn't going to do this in the first place instead of direct me to try navigating the crowded parking lot.

This location still has not figured out how to properly charge customers. I was initially given a discount on the daily rate of the trailer which when I returned it the price jumped back to the original daily rate. Secondly, I asked the employee there that I DID NOT WANT safetow. It was added anyway. I noticed this before leaving and brought it to the employees attention and he said he would fix it. Upon returning the trailer, I did not agree with the charges and placed the contract on hold. The app states someone will be with you within 48 hours. Well, lo and behold christy, the traffic manager for this store went ahead and closed out my contract BEFORE allowing the GM or any other store employee closed out my contract, not allowing anyone to contact me to resolve these overcharges. Christi is unprofessional and needs to be removed from her position as this is a regular habit of hers that creates problems between store management and customers. I would like a review of my receipts, the daily rate of my trailer to be fixed to the originally quoted price and reimbursement for safetow, which I specifically declined.

Beyond disappointed with lack of customer support and the leaving of 9 Uboxes on my land for almost a month because they do not have ability to come retrieve them but continue to charge me for rental.
