I requested a furniture dolly but there weren't any available at time of pickup.

We are encouraged to use the online reservation system and online check-in to minimize our wait time at the store. However, we are asked to repeat this process in person and the clerk claims that the information that I entered (everything from contact info to credit card into to the pictures of my DL) did 'not work' and stated that 'its tricky sometimes'. I'm not sure why this is the case, but its very frustrating and time consuming.

As I returned the Tow Dolly, the number of the Dolly was NOT the same. The tech that installed it put the wrong number on the contact. It was made right. All in all, everything went really smooth. I will always use this location. Good people

I like your equipment but the company's technology is not an asset. I don't use the mobile rental because the process is so long and cumbersome, it takes longer than going inside. This rental, I went online to change the time of the rental and without my knowledge, it changed the pickup location. Very frustrating.

Upon pickup , I noticed that the mileage on the rental agreement and the mileage on the vehicle were different. The mileage upon pick up was 5885. The mobile check in would not allow us to enter a new mileage as the contract said 12660. I went back into the store for a new contract. I was advised to take a pic of the mileage and they would make a note on my contract. Upon returning the vehicle, the mileage was 5918. The total mileage being 33 NOT 100 miles . I don’t know how 100 miles came out of the wrong mileage that was listed in the first place. I could NOT mobile check in the vehicle. When entering the actual mileage, the mobile check in would not validate as the mileage was less than what the contract said. Things I should’ve done: 1. I should have refused to leave the location with a contract with the wrong mileage . I should have demanded a new contract with the correct mileage, or a refund and left. I did not want to be impolite to the essential workers that risk their livelihood everyday they go to work . I trusted that they had noted the differences in my contract. I know I may never see that 46.23 again. I just hope it is used well to keep your employees healthy and safe.

The Uhaul truck I rented averaged 4 miles to the gallon after filling up the tank, because the saleslady told me that it was full. I can not believe that?!! Robert

The van was dirty the mileage was wrong Come to find out they gave the wrong van to me. It took over an hour to check in. We were supposed to receive an email of the receipt never got it. Very disappointed.

I had a horrible experience at this Uhaul location. I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss this further with a manager. An employee named 'Adam' was incredibly rude and unprofessional, treating me like a child. I will wait for your response before I take this further with the Uhaul corporate level.

The location and the Truck were fine. The App and all the picture taking, uploading, and process is very tedious. I returned my truck during normal business hours, then when I thought I could just turn it in and yes, I understand there may be a check in process - I was going to be charged an extra $20 to do it that way. I will definitely be thinking twice before I rent from UHaul again.
