Allow people to rent tow and hitch packages instead of purchasing. This was an emergency one-way trip for me, now stuck with the items that I will never use again not to mention they did not fit properly and continue to vibrate on the muffler of my car. Reserved truck with the 24/7 app and went to pick it up 20 minutes after reserved time. App said it was in the lot and ready. it was not. it was 4 deep in the line of trucks to be cleaned. I waited 30 -45 minutes for it to be ready. The truck was old and dangerous to drive. The visor clips holding the visors in place would fall out when the visors were put into them. The caused the visors to fall open blocking the windshield. Thank god I only went 14 miles.John D.

there was only one person running the show and had to split time between us and another customer making it take quite a while to actually get the vehicle. I found the rule that you need a DL card to rent frustrating. I had recently renewed my DL as required by law and was waiting on my card to come in the mail and only had the paper that I was issued so I had to change everything over to my friend. Well the rental was shaking after 45miles but a little and brake making some noise but otherwise was goodEdgardo R.
The safety chains came undone when the trailer came off the ball on the highway. Only the emergency brake chain held the trailer to the truck. The trailer swerved left to right on a busy highway covering three lanes. It was only due to my husband's experience with trailers that we avoided an accident. Staff was not welcoming, nor seemed to care about the customer. I walked in and approached the counter (no line, nor no other customers). After approaching the front desk, the lady behind the counter seemed to ignore me. After 10 secs, I had to start the conversation off with "Hey, how are you doing today?" She said "Good, how are you?" (head down, zero eye contact). I said i'm here to drop off a dolly, and she said, OK - go back out and a gentleman will be there to help you (again, not even looking at me). The guy outside who approached me after a few mins wasn't the most outgoing/helpful either. Seemed like i caught him on a bad day.
