This location charged me for an extra day when I’d turned the rental truck in on time all because they were too lazy to get up and check the truck in while I was there. Not to mention they allowed multiple customers who arrived later to be serviced before me as I waited in line to be heard. It wasn’t until I stepped up and spoke for myself that I was provided any assistance, which came as such a passive direction telling me to just sit the keys in the U-Haul so that I would be fine. Additionally, I was given a runaround when I called on the phone to address the faulty charge. It wasn’t until I came in person by my own doing that I was finally assisted by the manager Johnny. At least Johnny did his job correctly.

The staff was great but you have to get better seating for customer who decides to wait. There were 2 old dining room chairs and 2 computer chairs on casters. The old dining room chairs were to high and I took the change and sat in one of the computer/caster chair praying the didn't roll on me.

Your website says you have a motorcycle trailer. I ask about a motorcycle trailer and she says they don’t have a motorcycle trailer. She offered a 5x9. I said no. I need a motorcycle trailer. I go to leave and I see a motorcycle trailer with the wheel notch for the front wheel. I go back in and she says U-Haul doesn’t call it a motorcycle trailer. I said the website markets it as such. First location I went to had computer issues so I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to the second location where the associate had no clue what I was talking about. Pretty annoyed about the whole situation. Trailer worked fine. No issues there.

Not sure how that happened or what it was but nothing else was dusty but the sofa. I really appreciated Juan Green’s dedication to being a helpful and friendly staff. He made sure that my Ubox was moved under the garage to make it convenient for me to load from my storage unit. He was friendly and even when I spoke to him over the phone he told me that he was there to answer all of my questions and he had answers for anything that I needed. Another staff member (didn’t catch his name) tried to get out of moving my ubox. He was being pure lazy when it was his job too. He has a pop belly and I believe had gold on his bottom teeth. I don’t describe this to be mean but so you know who I’m referring to. He was totally unprofessional and ridiculous. I was also very pleased with Terrence Cash. Super friendly and he made sure my Ubox was initially moved close to my storage but he couldn’t move it under the garage because another customer was using the entire thing. He walked me around the property so I would have an idea of where my box would be placed. He also made sure that my box would be shipped out as soon as possible. He told me he would keep me posted by giving me a call and he kept his word and called me the next day. Thanks to Juan and Terrence for making sure things got done.

After two years of begging, they finally let me change it. Some of the staff was rude to us from the beginning. Then in August a storm came and took off part of the roof causing water damage to some of our stuff, and we gave them permission to move our non damaged items to a new unit, and they would document the damaged items before discarding them. They didn't document anything, so we go to get a piece of furniture out for a friend and it's missing with half of our stuff. My wife had to get a police escort to demand to see our old unit because they refused to do it without the police there. In the unit was two pieces of damaged furniture, but everything else was gone. They told us to file a claim with their insurance, Repwest. They reached out to me while I was working, but I tried calling back several times and the would not return my calls. My wife tried calling, and they won't return her calls either. Now we're out thousands of dollars in damaged property due to staff negligence by not documenting anything and no means of replacement.

So I move my stuff out on 08/12/23 because the weekends is only when I'm off. And also on 06/11/23 I reserved a 20 foot truck in was told that that it will be available at 9am on 08/12/23, but that wasn't the case. It wasn't available, so I had to get a smaller truck and also made extra trips. I don't think I will be U-Haul services again.

Very well lit. Convenient with the moving carts. There was a big moving truck that pulled in minutes in front of us. There was only the one functioning door. However, there was ample space for us to park our truck and trailer where we were still able to unload. We are very impressed with this facility and the staff is great!

Virginia Reid | First ImpressionsScheduling my Uhaul was an issue; the site I was sent to did not have the truck I needed and then I was on hold for over an hour- my move was grossly delayed. Then, through the office I setup automatic payments and asked the gentleman twice if we were good to go- turns out we were not. I got the payment due notification, but all of my bills are set up to auto pay and it didn’t autopay- I immediately paid and emailed the agent and never heard back. Logged into my account and the auto pay was not set up. So I set it up- the following month was the same issue. This time I called instead, they waived the late fee and corrected the issue. The site does not save properly, and is full of discrepancies (payment never saved properly and misinformation on vehicle availability) . However, majority of Uhaul staff are patient and accommodating- I thank those gentlemen who assisted through each hurdle.

Then I tried to upgrade my unit and because if another glitch my lock was cut off. I’ve also been trying to get a hitch installed. That order also got erased. Fortunately your team fixed the problem but I was seriously considering moving.
