There was little to no communication prior or during. We had to go to two locations and were asked to return it to a third location. The check in process online did not work well, I actually never even fully completed it, yet somehow it said I had.

Trucks were parked so close together that the side mirrors could not be fully folded out, which made for unsafe pull-away conditions in the dark and mud of the location. The Manager (Meik) was extremely helpful. But the truck leaked in the "Mom's Attic" area on the driver's and passenger's sides. This could not have been determined in full daylight, much less at night when I picked up the truck, so it was not reported before i left.

The staff was very friendly while I was there. I turned in the truck, the young lady was busy. She asked me if all I was doing was turning the keys in, I told her yes, she told me I was good to go. I told her that I had gone less than 20 miles and the truck took 9.2 gallons of gas to fill it up, this didn't seem right. At the time I didn't think it was a big deal. When I received my bill by email they had that I had traveled 42.3 miles! Impossible I never went more than 3 miles from the store. Now I am trying to call the location and no one answers the phone and it is impossible to get anyone to answer ANY phone at U-Haul corporate.

Use the information from the online registration to speed up the check out process. I had to give the same information in the office that I gave over the phone and online. Other than that, it was excellent.... 9.75 out of 10.

I'm not very happy, I'm about to call my bank and have them dispute this. I rent a U-Haul at 7 in the morning when they open that day they don't open till 9 on Sunday they charge me for an extra day because the difference in time. I rent U-Hauls all the time because I work for a major van line that when I can't get to the customer's house I have to then use a smaller truck. I'm mad because last time they overcharged me $1,000 now they're charging me for a day this is getting out of control. So unless I have to I'm using Penske you lost my business.

The customer service of the UHaul rep at the 1117 Sparkleberry location was excellent. My only problem was when returning the truck it was very very dark(no lighting) for a female to drop a truck off at your location. Something definitely needs to be done about that. Thx, otherwise everything else was fine. I hope you are able to make the correction. Thx Ms Brinson

Keep better track of the records. I was charged a late fee and the truck was not dropped off late. The representatives were very helpful on rectifying the situation

the hubcap cover fell off the van on its own. No damage was done to the tire and all of the lug nuts are still on the wheel. It is apparent that it was not placed on the van correctly and as a customer I should not be held liable for that. I am a single parent that just moved here, unemployed, living on child support, and alimony. I can not afford to pay for inflated labor costs and insurance claims over something that might cost $50.

The van we rented was terrific. The problem was dropping it back off. The staff person was 10 minutes late opening up on Sunday morning; 4 people were already waiting. It was unfortunate to end an otherwise good experience that way.
