Donna Y | Overall ExperienceI moved out on July 6 and told staff the same day I moved out then the staff try to charge me another month and late fee , after I came up there to double check that the staff know , I moved out , a green tag on storage for July 8 that's my proof ?
PEGGY H | Overall ExperienceMy only area of concern is that inventory needs to be updated in the system. I had to make 4 trips to the office to finally secure the unit I have 0743. Storage units were in the system as vacant only to go out and it was rented. That happened twice before securing my current unit. Lastly, no lock was in the unit I ultimately rented and had to go looking in other units to secure a lock
