The truck I rented the air conditioner would go out stop working every time you stepped on the gas and would blow warm air and then turn to cold. Also it felt at times like it didn’t want to go.

Properly repair equipment when needed. I’ve rented sub-par trailers and trucks in the past. I recall one car carrier that I ought to have refused because it was dangerous. These instances I do not forget and they taint my experience. For my next move I’ll rent Penske.

The toy hauler does not work for an f250 crew cab with 8 ft bed. The truck was 3 inches from falling from the trailer. Luckily I’m an experienced hauler and knew the proper points for tie downs.

Your after hours checkout process is horrible! The app is horrible! Did not update when customer approved everything. Took about an hour and a half to pick up a truck that should only take 5-10 minutes to.

I was a bit disappointed with the fact that I was charge an extra day. The agreement did not stated that I had to drop off the unit at a certain time at least it was not made clear to me. So I was supposed to drop it at 10am and drop it at 11am. I was charged without even been made aware during my drop off an extra day. Is not about the money really is about making sure customers are made aware and make the charge with the customer present and not afterwards.

Attending associate had a rude arttitude, horrible body language, and unfriendly or welcoming service. In the other hand, the associate handling my return was the opposite, he was a friendlier and profesional person.

The women that was on duty was a bit rude and super short on interpersonal skills. I had trouble understanding where she wanted me to park the trailer. Instead of taking a second to ensure I understood, she Growled just drop it there and she would take care of it. Maybe she needs a prescription for so be nice pills. Jim .

I reserved a 15ft truck online — when I came to pick up, no 15ft truck was there so I was given a 26ft truck “for the same price” The total online vs the total I received in store was $12 difference Not a deal breaker, but you should definitely have your inventory updated for the sale on online reservations .. that extra 11ft was way too much truck for the trip I was taking, boxes slid all over during the drive since I didn’t want to stack them and risk falling, etc. But the staff was super accommodating and eager to help resolve my issue

I rented the van to pick up an appliance in town and take it back to my home. An in-town rental that should have been close to the $19.95 advertised on the side of the trucks cost me almost $110! That is ridiculous and I will hopefully never need your services again. People can barely afford to live and you all are part of the problem out here price gouging everyone. I know the prices and fees aren't set by this specific location, but it's still awful.

Kim was excellent in assisting with my rental and answering all my questions. The only downside was all of the add-on fees. When you rent a truck that's advertised at 19.95 a day and the final bill is over $300, its disappointing and will probably keep me from renting from Uhaul again.

A staff member was very rude . Feel that he was overwhelmed couldn’t handle my situation. The location was unorganized regarding my situation. No one had answers . The communication was not together from staff to customer.

The unit did have a small leak. We didn't realize it until we started trying to get to some of our stuff. We dried most of it off & put it in different boxes or just brought it home. One item that got damaged but, that we can't really put a price on, is a computer "shipping container/box". So, we just let the facility know so that ithe unit can get repaired. The Manager was very kind, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you!
