The brake pedal is uncomfortably high. I am used to having my heel on the floor when driving, so it was difficult to reach the brake pedal. My ankle began to hurt after an hour of driving.

Can had not been cleaned from prior use, but this was a quick turnaround and the sales associate went out of his way to quickly wipe up the mess left by previous renters. Otherwise, service was great.

The truck wasn't ready when I got there despite me reserving it online a day or two before. The maintenance guy finished putting the truck back together while I was there. After taking it the truck began to surge badly at idle/low speeds. It made it difficult to back up and maneuver at low speeds. I've used this location in the past and was satisfied, but this time was a let down for sure.

No one was in the building for 15 minutes. After someone came in, it took them 20 minutes to sign me in and get me the keys. I even reserved ahead of time to make it go faster.

No issue with the location My issue is with uhaul/ we booked a particular vehicle, when we arrived the vehicle wasnot available. We also had to wait in line instead of the mobile device check in procedure . Uhaul is a fraud- the checking in process took awhile , I didnt get my vehicle until 30 min after my reservation but I was required to being it back as scheduled. Through no fault of my own- pitiful service

The wait time for a representative was horrible and very long. The checking and checkout process was long. The computers were not working properly. Rental rates for mileage on the weekend is outrageously expensive and I was not explained that the day before I reserved the vehicle

Call customers back when there is an issue. Iv been waiting over 48 hrs for management from this location to explain extra charges added on to my bill even though there are no pictures submitted by this location. Make your customers take pictures of the vehicle when they drop it off so they have proof that you guys charge for cleaning which is not needed. I didn't think I was going to be screwed over after not eating or drinking in cab so I didn't take pictures. Never again

Answered yes but there was only one person working the rental and return counter. The wait to pick up the trailer was excessive. I arrived at 2:35 pm and with 5 people in front of me I finally was able to leave at 3:31 pm. A second person helping at the rental counter was needed.

The first pick-up location was scheduled to open at 1000 however the employee was 40 minutes late causing me to wait for a long time. Although the next pickup location had the requested equipment it took another 30 min to get it. And turn in was terrible. the online turn in process is broken and the online turn in phone staff not competent. I spent another 60 minutes attempting to turn in via online. There were employees there who would not accept my equipment for turn unless i paid $20. Eventually theylet me turn in after an hour, no charge. Both employees commented that they knew the online turn did no function correctly. Although this experience was not horrible it was definitely not good. It caused me about 2 hours in delays and un necessary stress.

Compliments to the lady who assisted us at Renting Location on Skyland Drive in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was OUTSTANDING in all ways. She was assisting three customers at the same time yet made us all feel like we were special & important. Cannot say enough about how nice, kind and demonstrated wonderful customer service! She deserves recognition, a salary increase and/or promotion.

I rented a 15 ft truck got a 26 ft truck the truck was to big to go all the places I needed to go. Then I rented two packs of pads and a furniture dolly I got the pads and was told no dollies just ones to buy!!! Then the truck smelled like smoke inside cabin. Not the way I would run a company. The last time I rented a truck it was Penske company they did not have a 16 ft BUT they called me and said they went to get one and would be back about 30 min after my skd pick up time. Just over all big difference in the way the companies are ran in customer service

I called to try to rent a truck. I was put on hold and stayed on hold for 28 minutes and was still on hold when I got to the store to rent the truck. Need more people working at this location. Also tried to rent a dolly and was told they were out of them but they had them to purchase.

The person at the Skyland Blvd. location was excellent. Your on-line reservation service, however, was awful and unacceptable. I made a reservation a week in advance for a specific time, location, and type of truck. U-Haul changed my pickup location and time without notice to me and it caused tremendous problems, delays, and expense. I made 7 phone calls without getting help. That service was terrible.

Rude staff when I went to drop off. I filled tank up back like I received it. Got to store and gentleman was very rude and said” I need keys”. They charged me $5.50 extra for more gas. I can tell you I filled tank back exactly as I received it. All I can say is check this location and see if this happens often because I bet their is a trend with this. I am one not to business with companies where the employees scam off customers and this was an obvious event. Also look up the reviews from the Tuscaloosa locations and they are not the best. I wonder why? Bryant.

Charged me for furniture pads I never received and they knew they didn’t have any to rent out. Charged me for a dolly I never received and then overcharged for the one dolly and appliance dolly that I did use. Horrible experience considering I pre-booked this a couple weeks out over the phone since the app was not user friendly at all. Will not be using UHaul if the future.

Everything was good. The pick-up was smooth, drop off was easy. Equipment was exactly as described and needed. The only suggestion was perhaps staffing and extra person in the morning. They seemed pretty busy for only one person.

I was very happy with the service, I was to get a 10 ft truck and when I got there. The gentleman told me that he had a 15 ft for the same price. Told me the reason why is because I was renting it for so long that they use the 10 ft trucks daily. I thought that was very nice.

It was not clear online that my storage unit was upstairs with a portable metal staircase. We had large furniture so it did not work. Also, they lost my reservation for a 16x20 and offered me 2 8x8.
