I had the used spare tier in the bed of the truck with a giant cut in it. I had to leave the tier at my home in order to pick up my belongings and make an extra trip back to pick back up the used no good flat tire with the cut in it. Which means extra miles placed on the truck for something that shouldn't have been in the bed on the truck if it couldn't be used.

I've been to this location several times either for supplies or to rent a truck. Several times the wait time has been long with not enough staff to handle those waiting in a timely fashion. I don't mind waiting but when it's more than 20 minutes it seems a bit long. Thanks.

Had to help lift trailer To Put on the truck ... then I drive 3 hours to get another Truck just to find out the truck wouldn't fit on the trailer so I wasted my time

Rented a car dolly to drive 400 miles. When I was 100 miles into my trip, received a call from U-Haul to return to the rental location to exchange the trailer I had rented. Was told the trailer I had rented was "unserviceable." Found-out half-way into my trip why - - when the makeshift harness straps over the tires released the car. Fortunately the chains kept the vehicle from causing a wreak. Did lose the headlights and turn-signal lights on my vehicle.


Truck had trash & not broom clean. Didn't request moving blankets but were on floor. Got charged for the blankets & a fee for leaving the blankets like I found them. Took 2 hours to load & Then battery was dead. Tried calling Uhall's roadside assistance. After 5-10 minutes, I had to go find someone to jump me off. Lost an hour. Had to leave truck running to avoid battery issue, which increased fuel charges. Drop off app did not work. Got charged fee for someone to check in the truck. Not a good day. Thanks Uhall.

Never got my receipt after drop off. We paid for 60 miles and only went 42 miles. My receipt was not sent to my email which was on my paperwork. Thats a very important step in my opinion.

Horrible customer service at Skyland location. Vehicle broke down twice. The second mechanic in the same day said it was not safe to drive and had to be towed to my new location. Even as I couldn't drive the vehicle I was charged for gas used to tow it to shop and not refunded for the rental. Horrible experience. No one from local center called me back about issues. Received a bill 20 days after asking for a refund and told I would get it. National customer service shows a dispute that was never handled. Now I have to reopen the dispute and wait up to 72 hours for a call on top of being charged. Never will use Skyland Blvd UHaul again.
