I reserved a truck at a location. Upon arrival, I was told there was no truck available. Even though I had the email confirmation, there was no truck so I called the Uhaul number. I was directed to another location as the person said my reservation was moved to another pick up location and that I should have received a call to verify that. Her name was Maggie. She then told me that her records showed that I had not been called. I went to the other location and it was closed even though it was only 3:00 in the afternoon. There was a number on the window to call so I did call and he told me he was not in and couldn't get back. I then, on my own research, went to another location. That person told me that there was not a truck available, but another customer was right behind me who said he just returned a truck. I was lucky in that regard, but the experience was extremely time consuming, frustrating, and overall poor.

It took almost 2 hours to get my situation resolved because the manager didn’t want to come inside and help the attendant figure out the mess U Haul created with my rental.

The location was closed so we had to return it electronically. Which is fine, but I had no interaction with the personnel at the location. Also, Uhaul changed my drop off location from the time I picked up to the truck to when we dropped it off. I didn’t realize that until we already drove to the original place I requested for drop off.

To begin with, of all the places we interacted with today do u-haul employees were amazing. The only problem we had was with the website. The website overbooked and did not disclose the proper location twice of where we could pick up a vehicle. To their credit the employees worked diligently to try to find a vehicle for us in town even though we had already paid online. We were very disappointed with our online experience, But the service we received at each location and there were three, was very kind. I felt very sorry for them as their day was ruined by so many angry customers that went through the website. Thank you for hiring sweet souls To make up for the logistical issues created by your website.

Second truck in 2 wks everything was great but did have one problem. Right top of mothers attic they had repaired a spot and it leaked. Ruined some of my wife’s school stuff and reported it to drop off. Trucks ran good and if I move we will use you again. Thanks

Employees were not properly trained to use the online systems to reserve uhaul equipment. Employees lost one of my U-Boxes and I had to try to assist them in finding my box over the telephone by making a simple suggestion to locate the equipment.

Our reservation wasn’t properly put together the night we reserved it for overnight pick up. We went the next day to find that someone cancelled the reservation an hour and 45 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up (at 12 AM) But was not able to because no one put the key out for us to get (called the 1-800 number who told us the workers did not finalize setting it up, so we wasted a trip and money). Went the next day, had to pay full price and they set up a new reservation (since someone cancelled the other) and slotted the time for 1:45AM (the time the other was cancelled but we are at uhaul the next day at 9AM) to 1:45AM that night. Why?? Why not from 9AM that day to 9AM the next day??? Was not offered any apology or any type of discount. Will NEVER use this location again. Also, our check engine light was on, on the truck, which only had 1/4 tank of gas to start out now LATE moving trip.

Was told by customer service that there wasn't a storage unit available at this location. When I get there I learn that there was, but it was too late. I had already unpacked everything in my small hotel room.

More employees!!!!! My husband and I have both used this location multiple times and it's always a nightmare. We use Express Check-in and that doesn't help. Also, more available rentals are needed badly. We have never had good luck. I had to wait so long in line to return my rental (which I was only allotted two hours to have it) that I finally had to just walk up and leave my paperwork on the desk because no one was at the checkout and there were about 10 people waiting in a line. It was ridiculous. I was second in line and had been waiting half an hour just to turn the -U Haul rental in. I just about killed myself getting what I needed done in the two hours they gave me bc someone else was getting the truck. The employees are nice enough but the franchise owner needs to step it up and hire some more people and look at look at his business.

Everyone was extremely nice and polite. Our area had just had a terrible storm with flooding and power outage. This office went beyond good customer service to make the situation work for the customers.

Well first off when I scheduled my pick up I chose a different location and they confirmed it. Then when they called to verify on Friday morning they confirmed at it the location I chose. When I got to the location I chose they had no idea who I was even though I had the email saying that was where I was suppose to be. So I was forced to go to the Skyland location and pick up my truck 30 minutes late.

When I made my reservation over the phone, not from the place I picked up the trailer. The return info didn’t Mach with what I was told over the phone. The phone person said I can return by 12 noon, the on site dealer said it will cost me another rental fee if not returned by 8am. That was my only issue.

My reservation in store did not have the information that I had put in online based on that reservation. Also, I had to wait roughly 15 minutes to have my equipment checked-in. No one was available to check-in my equipment during business hours

I rented a $19 plus fee van for a local need for a rate of $31. I estimated I would need the van for less then 2 hours and 15 mile, upon my return I was told it would be over $500. After some time I was told it would be $37, I asked to see a manager because I used the van less then and hour and for 9 miles, the manager appeared to be too busy to talk- I wasn't happy with the overall attitude of the person who checked me in or the lack of acknowledgment of the manager. I will never return to this location. Thank you

The equipment that I had booked five days prior and paid for/received confirmation for was not available. Only one employee doing all - checking in equipment and waiting on customers who came in to pick up rentals. Waited in line over 11/2 hour before being waited on and I had arrived 15 minutes prior to reservation time. He was as helpful as he could be and was very nice and professional. Wasn't his fault - he was overwhelmed and had no assistance. Ended up with larger truck and had to pay mileage after arranging to have pickup with hitch to pull the trailer which had been reserved. It was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I won't use U-Haul next time!!!

I did not actually pick up from this location because less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck I was informed that there were no trucks in the entire city for me to use for my long distance move. Even though I had made a reservation weeks in advance. The entire process of getting a truck was a disaster as I went back and forth with Uhaul customer service at least 5-6 times trying to get a truck.

Did not get boxes that I ordered. I stated that I needed a one way drop off and the employee made no efforts to adjust my order. Tried to purchase a lock and was completely ignored. Will never use this site again.

Have the manager block any installations from Central reservations when your hitch pro is out. Someone dropped the ball big time!
