I was told long as I took the Uhaul back within a 24hr time period I would only be charged for 1 day I got it around 4:30pm and returned round 12:28 am and have been charged for 2 days poor communication.

Very good customer service!


Female Customer service representative that assisted me was talking on facetime during the process. I had no one to go to the Uhaul and check for damage, look in the back of the truck, etc. This was the first time i've ever had a Uhaul not inspected or explained to before it was given to me. Process was extremely quick though.

The storage the reserved for me was too small when they told me that my belongs would fit so I had to get another storage unit and pay a extra 72 dollars

The girl who helped me is rude


U-Haul employee hooked up trailer and checked tail lights. I was told everything was in good order and ready to go. After driving over 10 miles to destination I checked hitch and discovered hitch was never tightened at all. Trailer could have easily popped off hitch!! Also after dark I realized trailer had no tail lights so I had to drive 50 miles with 4-way flashers on. Both of these issues were supposedly verified by a U-Haul employee. Also trailer # listed on contract did not match # on the trailer.

Overall a good location with friendly and helpful staff. A faster computer system for the guest check in process would be nice.

PC system was down so I could not pick up my rental, they took my number and said they would call when it came back up. Two hours later no call, I called the reservation number and found out the system had been up for a while. I go to the store and its a ghost town. They never called to tell me the system was up. Then it took WAY!! Too LONG to get my rental done. To top it off they rented me a trailer that was not there!!! So i had to go back in and get the rental agreement changed. Serious changes are needed at this location. I wont be back!!!!

Great location and service. Worked perfectly for my local move. The 20ft. truck is much easier to drive than the 26ft. Penske I drove earlier this year. It's nice to not need Diesel as well.

Broke two of my vehicles. First one caused my muffler to break off, Second one didn't fit the back of the car back together and had to go back. Turns out they broke one of the pieces and I will have to purchase it from a dealership. The whole process of getting a trailer hitch installed should not be this difficult. They gave me a discount on the trailer, but I was charged more than anticipated for the second trailer hitch attempt. Spent over $500 for my cars to be destroyed. I was pissed.

Inside of pick up truck had a smell like it has not been cleaned. Also got charged an additional day without being told so due to being late as I had trouble unloading the vehicle off the dolly all by myself. Did not see that til my receipt was emailed. If I knew that was going to happen, I wouldn't have bother to get up early that morning to return it after working all night that previous day upon returning truck and trailer that morning.
