Extremely inefficient check-in process that results in long lines, parking lot traffic jams, and wasted time. Indoor service is not much better, with long lines and inefficient service. no one was outside to help with equipment returns and the process for returning equipment was far longer and more difficult than is necessary.

Despite the rain the return went smoothy. Communication about where to pull through and where to park the trailer could have been more clear.

They were way too busy. Marshall told another customer to tell me to follow him. Then he didn't want to check me in, promising to do it once he disconnected another trailer--the customer that told me to follow him. I had to call 3 separate times the day after I dropped it off to finally get my final receipt. All 3 times I talk to a regional office not the location.

You advertise truck rental as$29.95 however this is deceiving. The actual cost is closer to $100 after all of your fees. Please just be honest and say one day rental is around $100.

This location is awful. When I first get there no one offered to help me till they finished an entire conversation about the weekned schedules. Then I asked about a Uhaul and storage, which they proceeded to tell me was unavailable. I said OK because it was a couple weeks before school started. I went online to find another one and guess which location popped up as having one avaliable? Yep this one. Long story short.. the items I reserved online with the truck were not avaliable (thank God for football playing brothers), they were even ruder the second visit, and they tried to charge me a 2nd day on a truck that was returned an hour early because they didn't look for the truck in their lot.

Although the problem was that the computers system kept going down, which was no fault of the location- there were a ton of people in there waiting to be helped, and the associates were stuck just waiting on the computers to come back up and the lines just kept getting longer. I hope this was a one time thing.

Location worker 'lied' to us about a 20' truck availability causing a 3 hour delay in picking up our truck. Other U-Haul location worker (Scott Batlow) was VERY helpful.

Equipment was never ready, so I had to wait at least an hour or two before I get the equipment I reserved. In the shop, there was a signed poster saying that the manager would pay $50 if they are late, but he never implemented and laughed at me. Also, there is a huge communication gap between the actual location and customer service, and my messages were never relayed properly. Overall terrible terrible experience, and if I have another option, I would never never use this place again ever.
