I was in the store several minutes and never was spoken to by an employee. 2 were behind the counter (one in a cell phone). One was propped up on boxes in front of the counter (I think he was the store manager) on his phone. I had to engage them. They act like they could have cared less if I was there or not. Dropped the trailer off and received the same rude behavior. Seems to me there needs to be an overhaul at this location. To improve things for the next customer get some employees that have the people skills to be in a business that provides customer service.SHANNON S.

I was over charged without knowing that Uhaul charge for after hours during my purchase I was told that it was ok to bring the truck back afterward I was done, was never told I would be charged I was given a set price I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone because no one deserves to be charged and don't a clear understanding of what they being charged for cause the salesman fail to provide the right informationJermaine C.
Our equipment was broken when we picked it up- couldn't be fixed, a ratchet had to be replaced and it took him 2 1/2 hours to do it. We lost driving time, almost missed the movers. Not happy. Wasn't offered any kind of compensation. Then when we returned our products they were so busy at the new location that we ended up receiving a statement telling us we dropped off just the auto transport at the wrong location? How would that even be possible? We towed the auto transport with the uhaul truck?Shelby M.
I was charged for mileage an gas from previous renter. It was not disclosed at time of payment to check milage an gas in truck. That for one is what UHAUL employees are paid for, not to sit behind a desk. No I will not refer anyone and I will spread the word to be sure people know how customers are charged extra. It is the employees responsibility to inform us of what milage an gas are in vehicles not we the customers responsibility. People are trying to survive an get on their feet after this pandemic, not to be robbed by a company who hasn't suffered loss.BRANDY T.

The experience was so poor that I will not be using this Uhaul location ever again, and since it's the only location in town I will probably not be using Uhaul at all unless I relocate. I was told that the receipt would be emailed to me, after several hours without an email I called. The person who rented and received back the vehicle answered my call. She told me that I had exceeded the 20 mile distance that I had rented the vehicle for and that I was being charged an additional $20 for the excess milage. I told her that this was impossible since I only took the vehicle to my house, which is less than 3 miles away, and then straight back to her location, and therefore there must be a mistake. She then became very belligerent and condescending and told me in a hostile manner that there was no mistake, that she had personally checked and recorded the milage. I asked her how I could have gone $20 above the 20 mile limit when I only had the vehicle for a half hour. She angrily cursed at me and then terminated the call. While I was on the phone with Uhaul customer service I received the receipt showing the proper milage, but the damage has been done.Michael C.
Everything was clean accept for the fold-out center console of the truck. The service representatives could also benefit from being minimally personable. They spoke to me as if I was a bother rather than a paying customer. The problem I have is customer service. The 2 ladies behind the counter did not act as though they wanted to be there. Barely any eye contact and no smiles. I was asked if I just wanted to hook my trailer up myself rather that she come out and do it or help me with it. Never a "thank you" or "have a good day". very poor customer service.Perry N.
