Door was locked. They only let one patron in at a time. No one was helpful at all. They tried to make me back into oncoming traffic instead of moving the truck that was blocking the exit.

Went to location on Telegraph first and after an hour finding out that tow dolly was defective. Then had to go to another location on Joy road. The office I spoke with didn’t place a reservation on the equipment and the joy rd office took care of it and went beyond and made sure my wiring was fully functional. Then upon dropping off in pontoon beach Illinois location, 3pm drop off and the woman working there didn’t complete the drop off paperwork, they didn’t close until 4:30. So I called the next day approximately 4:30 and it was still not completed. I had to ask why this wasn’t completed in a timely manner. We’re talking over an entire day. She was hesitant in answering me and stated that she was the owner. I told her I don’t care who you are, this should have been taken care of at 3pm the day it was dropped off, not after an entire day and the customer has to call you back and demand you do your job. I own a multimillion dollar company in Michigan and I would not tolerate this type of behavior from any of my 309 employees.

tried to exp[lain to the person in charge that the damage on the passenger side was already there and it should be listed on the records at the E 7 mile location.. i sent pis willing to send again. ive used mur uhaul service several times. i appreciate ur rates and service. thank you

Customer service is lacking at this location. I ordered equipment and it was not secured in the truck which made the ride uncomfortable and loud.

I was disappointed. I use u-Haul for all moving needs and have never been charged a cleaning fee before? I reviewed my contract to see what I have missed, but could not find anything regarding a cleaning fee? I swept out the vehicle before turning it in, like I always do. I will never use U-Haul again.

Have the trucks clean prior to renting. Although it didnt take longer after I rented the truck I had to wait for her to clean it as it was not cleaned when returned.

Allow customers to ask questions they need without receiving a bad attitude from uhaul employees at this location. Allow a customer to feel comfortable with their charges walking out and not hurry them out the door once they have received their money. This is a ghetto uhaul location and should be shut down immediately

The truck rental agent asked if needed a dolly and moving bags. I told him no. Yet there was a dolly and a sack of bags on the truck. He subsequently charged me for the dolly even though I didn't use it. The staff at this location are not very friendly. They don't greet customers as they walk in, and they're very unprofessional.

Car Hauler had broken straps and trailer brakes didn't work. I would suggest going over equipment prior to renting it to the next customer more thoroughly.

Danyell was amazing, but when I returned the truck it took forever for the crew to check the vehicle so she could ring me out. Even after she communicated with them that I was waiting on them to finish, she still had to remind them multiple times to check out my truck.

Workers should confirm miles on vehicle before giving keys to customer. I took off in the truck. About a mile away I checked the mileage while at a red light. There were more than 4,000 additional miles on the truck than on my agreement. I had to return and get another truck so I would not get stuck paying for all those miles. Very annoying!!!

Very unorganized. Arrived at 7:40 for 8:00 reservation took 20 minutes to rent van. Representative had to put reservation in 3 times. Reserved van for 24 hrs representative put reservation in for 6 hr rental after being told my online reservation was for 24 hrs. Received call at 5 pm during my move from Uhaul representative stating my van was supposed to have been back at 2 pm. Returned van the next day store manager told me I was supposed to have van back the previous day at 2 pm. Again explained that my online reservation was for 24 hrs, store manager stated that someone else reserved truck for same time and I shouldn’t have had truck for 24 hrs. Won’t be back to this location very bad service.

The staff was friendly, but there were problems with their computers or maybe it was just my check out. It took about 20 minutes to check out. I eventually left without a receipt and just waited to receive my receipt via email.

Gave me a truck with gas little bit below 1/4. Gave it back with same exact amount... yet they want to charge me for extra gas. When I said something they were willing to change it and not charge me but I refused. If they want to rip someone off don’t be so obnoxious to towards people. The manager there thinks he’s “god” and is very cocky and arrogant..

Have accurate pricing since I was really frustrated that the price changed by a lot versus what was on the reservation. The only change I did was upgrade to a truck with a ramp. I will need to look at your competitors next time.

I have been added a no fault fee because I did no wrong to the vehicle and the location has two parking lots separated by a busy road in between. It's a problem to cross the road for picking up the keys and the vehicle which are in two different locations and it's dangerous to cross the road without a pedestrian crossing.

When the rent went up they said they mailed out a letter I never recieved a letter. I got emails for everything else even this rating. I had to pay more An didn’t know why or that they went up.
