There should be a prorated fee for storage units if you give back the unit within a reasonable time instead of keeping a whole month payment. I made a payment on the 24 of June in the amount of $144.00. I removed all my property out on July the 6, 2026 and nothing was prorated. With that being done to me. I would never recommend Uhaul to any family or friends. They are extremely high for a 7x10x6 room size.

The access doors wouldn’t open as explained, the large door would not close, the maintenance guy was kind enough to offer to go over and close the door for us. It should have much better and easier access! In my opinion it served the purpose that I needed it for. I just would not recommend it!

The staff is aggressive when asked additional questions regarding rental and they contacted me after I had finalized my contract and moved out requesting additional months payment. I told them I had moved out taking pictures and turned it into the office and apparently no one forwarded that information to them so they send harassing messages to me and to the person that I put down as a reference Very disappointed in
