The gentleman who actually hook the trailer to my car was very helpful. I have one concern. Is your normal process to use cell phones and take photos of drivers license of customers?

The only issue I had was having to return to the store for a dolly. When I reserved the truck I also reserved a dolly. I would have been happy if the would have offered me some type of compensation for my time returning to store.

You guys came make sure equipment is available at the place they are reserved at. If it is not available you can make it where they do not have to pay the extra for mileage. Your customer service is poor and everyone I talked to on the phone was rude. We never received the phone call or text that we were supposed to and were surprised the morning of our move about having to drive extra miles to get the truck.

Made the reservation online and selected to not have the insurance. When we picked the truck up they charged us for it anyway. We put gas in the truck before returning it but they charged us for gas too. I called the location to fix the issue and they said the manager would call me back later to fix it. No return call. I called again and this time they transferred me to customer service. Hopefully they do call me back and get this fixed. I would not have rented a uhaul if it was going to cost me as much as having the furniture delivered and set up.

I was upset that when I made the reservation the lady/girl that booked the reservation did it wrong. I used a trailer to move and I was going to drop it off at the nearest location to my new home. However I could not do that based on the contract and reservation I had made so I had to drive back 45mins from my new house to drop it back off to the location I rented it from, otherwise I would be charged 3x the amount I paid.... disappointed

Staff had a very very buzy morning but WOW, what a TEAM you have on State Avenue in KCK. It was an all out Tag Team on helping Customers and getting them on the road. ?? Great Job Guys. #1 in my book for customer service. Dula Brown ??

Pickup location was not convienent (didn't rent a truck) but staff was very friendly and whole process was easy. Upload of drivers license for quick check in never worked.

No one mentioned anything about paying for a truck the night before. Only to make it to the location at 7 AM., and to get told "I was just talking to them about it . I don't gotta truck call u haul."

The price of a lock, cost them, $164.00 a months rent! You have lost a valued customer. Penske will be my first choice! With your company, a distant second.

The facility was great. I think there was an IT hiccup checking in and setting up automatic payments, but the staff was very friendly and helpful in getting it fixed.

Our 24 hour access card stopped working while moving things from the truck to the storage. It was 12 at night. When emergency # didn't answer the 800 # rep got card reactivated so we could finish.

I just wish the storage units or bigger because we really had to cram everything in there and they wound up scratching a bunch of my furniture if we have more room that might not have happened.

Had problems complete move. Truck had issues. There been reported. Reservations on storage unit were incorrect. Turned into big issue. Eventually storage, corrected. Both issues made move terrible.

Interaction with the staff was wonderful. What was difficult was trying to close out the contract. Kept getting rolled over to 800 number which couldn't do anything and chat support was awful.
