Uhaul inaccurately charged me $741.56 and withdrew my account making it go negative. 1. A link was sent to me to check the vehicle beforehand, I clicked the link and it expired. 2. I was charged over $321.06 for overhead damage I did not do. But the receipt reflects $300.93. 3. I ordered a dolley and was never given it. 4. I filled up the gas tank back to the original amount and was charged for that as well; i have the receipt reflecting I added gas. So someone inaccurately reviewed the truck I rented. There is inconsistencies and the manager claimed he did not know why I was charged so much and refused to refund me. He claimed he couldn't refund me even though he recognized the receipts were inaccurate but did nothing to fix the situation. There is inconsistencies regarding U-Haul's customer service, consumer card privacy, and rental process. My card was charged 3 times inaccurately because it also is reflected on my receipt. My experience has been horrible and I'll never be back.

When trying to reply that U-Haul truck was back I spent at least 15 minutes too long. I did everything the return message said do, it was over at least 4 times and my phone got stuck every time. My son took pictures of mileage and the time. Truck was not due until the next day in evening. I filled the truck beyond what was required. Then you had a message saying I could pay twenty dollars to confirm that truck was back. If you look on your security cameras you will the see truck that pulled in back of me, as I tried over and over to sign in. Keys were put in truck and door was locked.

The check-in personnel was great. We didn't have to go inside at all, and we were in and out of there within 5-10 minutes, even though he was the only one working the check-in outside. Very professional.

The manager at this location was very uncooperative and treated me as if I was some sort of pariah because I had a medical exemption to not wear a mask. He initially refused to help me because I wouldn't put on a mask. He was all about the mask and not about the customer. He clearly did not understand the law and kept throwing illogical and ill informed arguments my way so he wouldn't have to serve me. Fortunately, I am well-versed in the law and challenged him to look up the law himself. He finally decided to help me, but do all customers have to go through this hassle here? Are you trying to serve and accommodate the customer and do business, or is it about your authority and pride? Whatever happened to customer service? And, while I am arguing and pleading with this man, one of his employees was walking around without a mask, as well. The Wichita location was all about serving the customer. I don't know what this KCK location was about, but it wasn't about serving the customer. This man needs to be better trained regarding customer service and basic tenets of the law. He wasn't disrespectful, or throwing insults, but very uncooperative in the beginning. He later started to help me, but it was too little, too late. An ADA complaint could cost your company up to $76,000 per incident. Ultimately, I was not able to rent anything from this location.

The female employee at this location is a ROCK STAR!!! Despite the fact that the location was unexpectedly short-handed, she effectively multi-tasked several clients with a friendly, upbeat, helpful attitude. I'm not sure why she doesn't have Manager on her name tag.

Better procedure would help! I was not informed that my truck was ready and I just kept waiting like I was directed! Proper equipment was not put in the truck, I had to go back in after pulling out to get a dolly. The person who helped me and also checked my truck back in was nice and very helpful, it just seemed if there was a better process it would flow better.

They didn't properly check-in my equipment, so I was charged two extra days and had to request credit for it. Now they are asking me to pay about $10 more per month and it hasn't even been 3 months.
