Only one person there in am to help customers and only the same person there in afternoon when I returned the truck. Need at least two people to help number of customers that had to wait. He also had to do a propane fill while the line got even longer. Just a constructive observation. Otherwise...satisfied.

Called in to customer service to make the appointment. Everything SEEMED fine. Set an appointment for 12:30 to pick up a 26' truck at the dealer in Bonner Springs, KS. Randomly got a call the day of pick up at 9:30 asking if I still needed the truck....well yeah, I'll be there at 12:30 like planned I told the lady. She said I have you down for a 24' truck at 8am at our location in Kansas City, KS....puzzled, I said no, I told the gentleman I spoke with 12:30 for a 26' truck and he told me the pickup spot was in Bonner Springs...she then tells me they didn't have any available...I told her I drove by the location the day before and they had multiple 26' on site...she said they changed my pick up location to the one in Kansas City, KS. So I said okay, whatever, I need a 26' truck, I'll be there by 12:30. So we arrive to pick up the truck and on of the things she says is "I got in trouble for having to change you to a 26' and pick up a noon...wait a minute...you guys fucked up, not me. I specifically stated 26' at 12:30 MULTIPLE times, then she reads me the info that the customer service guy entered in the computer...and almost all of it was completely incorrect...not even surprised at this point...anyways, now I have to drive an extra 15 miles one way to pick this damn thing up. I asked for a mileage reimbursement for now driving plenty more miles than what I was told...the Bonner Springs location where I was suppose to pick it up was less than a mile from my place...now I have to drive a total of 30 extra miles because you guys screwed up, and youre making me pay for it, which is absurd. So, instead of me driving about a mile to the Bonner Springs dealer and a mile back to my apartment, and 5 miles to my new house and maybe 6 miles back to the Bonner dealer (total of 12 miles); I had to drive 15 miles to Kansas City, 15 miles back to my apartment, 5 miles to my new house, and 18 plus miles back to Kansas City, plus extra travel to the gas station, my own money to fill the tank to its original levels for gas...I think the total mileage came out to 45 miles....so instead of 12 miles at .79 cents/mile I drove 45 miles at .79 cents/mile....so instead of paying about $10 in total mileage I paid about $35-40 in total mileage....Debbie, at the Kansas City location was very kind and helpful and had her hands tied because for some reason you guys can't let her unfuck something...I wasn't even asking for a full return on mileage, maybe just $15-20 off the mileage was all...and a huge company like UHAUL $15-20 is more like a damn penny...Debbie did a tremendous job. I want to make that clear, your customer service rep, or whomever I talked to fucked it all up.

Tell the managers to be more nice to the customers and when there's a problem go out of a way to fix it they gave me a truck that was too small for me and I called in and when I return the truck yesterday morning at 7 o'clock and told the manager my problem he just charge it in the truck and went on about his business I don't appreciate people taking my money and I'm not getting good service he could have gave me some kind of deal or something I didn't rent a truck to use it for free how would he like to drive something for 5 hours with his legs crossed and crunched up under the steering wheel then I had to unload the truck by myself because my wife is disabled that wasn't a good experience whoever get this message I would like for him to call me at 816-986-9696

There needed to be more people working. Someone should have gone over the truck before we took it--the seal around the windshield was loose--had been taped at one time, but tape was loose and the rubber strip banged against the top of the truck during my 1600 mile trip.

The owner that renter me the truck was very rude and stuck up. The truck I was given was ragedy and very unsafe. The dash born shook, the gas hand floated, when I called to report thus I received the I call back even though I was too used a return call before the gm left. Which happened to be The same man who rented me this truck.The reservations changed three times over the course of a 24 hour period. Will not be referring anyone to he mistreated as I have been. This is the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to paying for quality service and equipment. I am very disappointed.

Arrived early and they hooked me up to the trailer, off I went! Arrived 2 hours afterwards, one guy was unhooking me, while I finished the paperwork with the woman inside. Less than 10 minutes, tops! And service with a smile is always good. Excellent job! Thank you...

Need more personnel at this location & have a line to check-in rentals & a line to checkout rentals. We were on time to bring back our truck & had to wait over an hour to get checked out. Also it needs to be made abundantly clear that the rate for one-way is higher than bringing the truck back to the same location you picked it up from.

The pick up of my rental van was great. I was instructed by the gentleman at u haul that when I return the van it will be after hours. So I needed to park the van in the drop off location and put the key in the drop box. Which I did but I get a call the next morning from a lady at u haul asking me what did I do with the key. I did not appreciate that call you should check the box or with your staff before harassing a customer. That should be the last thing to do after all areas have been checked to locate the key, is to call the customer! Better training needs to be in place.
